The guy answering the call said he knew what the problem was so I took it back to Harvey Norman. After a week, the HN technician told me that HP will need to charge me over $2000 to fix the laptop. I will never, ever buy HP again. My previous Dells lasted ages without any issues. Only updated to newer models when they became outdated.

is all over the Internet and there is a class action against HP on this. I had to pay SGD80 for the hinge repair. The hinge is plastic and breaks easily.

Another problem was the harddrive which failed after a year. Good thing I had 2-year warranty and HP technician came over to swap with a new harddrive.

I trusted HP but it is producing inferior products, so how can I be expected to buy HP again? HP is losing customers like me.

This is the biggest piece of junky printer I have ever owned. I have had a number of printers throughout my life: Canon, Epson, and Brother. My… Read more

brother is about 10 years old and still going strong, but expensive in ink. Now, for the HP Smart Tank 7305, it's a waste of money. I wish I had never bought it. From day one, I had connection issues with the WIFI. Finally got that sort of thing to some degree. It is a process to keep it connected and running. If it's been a day or so, I need to go through the setup again and again to get it to work. Also, the print head constantly fails. I have to keep removing them, cleaning them, turning the printer off and back on and waiting and seeing. This process can take a few attempts to get them back to working order. If I am not fighting with the WIFI connection and the print heads. I am fighting with paper jams from the bottom feeder. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO FOR ANOTHER SMART TANK PRINTER. If you want to spend half your time trying to get this thing to work just to print a document, go for it. But I can tell you that you will want to throw it out the window, and your stress levels will go through the roof. I would never buy another HP printer after this. Yet my laptop and desktop are HP, never had an issue with them, but the printer is another story.

Wifi connection fails 85% of the time. Everytime you need to spend 45-60 with st^pid tech support to fix it only for a few weeks, then back again. I was promised a replacement twice...still waiting! Utter JUNK!!!!

HP, looks compact and pretty, you need to have a lot of patience and tolerance level, and eventually after many attempts, yes it does finally print. Someone recommended brother printer, I should have listened but I liked the compact look of this printer, which really frustrates me and waste alot of my time. When it works it works. You would expect to work everytime, not receive error messages one after another. I just needed to vent my frustration.

truck going over it time and time again. I mean it when I say, the ink doesn't go far for the price. The price of it is already absurd, but to get bugger all out of it, at subpar quality... I replaced my yet again, empty cartridge and got an entire, wait for it... TEN sheets out of it before it's run out again. That has got to be a record. Those 10 sheets? Over an hour of printing time, that is no word of a lie. If only I could possibly put into words how frustratingly SLOW this printer is. It's diabolical. Definitely has no sense of urgency that's for sure.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand and listened to those that mentioned its supersonic speed (NOT). Don't blink, you'll miss it LOL. Video proof provided of the Usain Bolt speeds in question.

HP support is severely frustrating to deal with also. It appears I must've made an enquiry on new staff recruitment day because between them, they're clueless. Couldn't organise a p*ss up at a brewery that lot.

worst support ever. Just don't get hooked into their Instant Ink system; yes it can chug along easily enough, then you print extra pages and get a bill for £129 - that's around £0.40 per page... And, because you MUST use HP inks on their ‘plan’, your inks cost much more than non-HP brands - £70+ every two or so months. When you do try to cancel Instant Ink, if you try to switch to respectable, reliable 'other brands' of ink rather than HP's own - STOP! They virtually switch off your printer - tell you 'NO, you can't use forgeries, only ours.' Now I'm stuck with this slow, low-quality repro lump, which functions wirelessly only intermittently, possibly only when HP-control allows? Hard to tell what the actual problem is, but, while every other wireless-operated device in the house functions perfectly, I get the recurring message; "THE PRINTER IS NOT RESPONDING" when I attempt to print on my HP ENVY Inspire. Inspire?! Whoever dreamed up that one obviously never used one.

sometimes it doesn't. Looking online this is a big issue that affects loads of users. I'm using a HP laptop and standard phillips monitors (brand new) so really, there should be zero issues. HP customer service just told me to reload the drivers. The thing is that this issue only began after hp released a driver update. Was this planned obsolescence? Either way, I'm unlikely to ever purchase a HP dock again and will advise others to not bother as well (they cost a pretty penny compared to alternatives)
