We knew when the kit was arriving and were given plenty of tips in the construction faze. The manual was fairly easy to follow and I have to say that their follow up after the purchase was the same throughout . I would highly recommend dealing with Stilla .

materials were simply left on the roadside instead of being placed properly on site. This is completely unacceptable for a large building material delivery. Because the materials were left on the roadside, it also created issues with neighbours and complaints, as the materials were obstructing the verge area. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper delivery handling. To make matters worse, I have now been told by dispatch that “everything on their system has been delivered.” However, leaving materials unattended on the roadside raises serious concerns about possible missing items or theft, which I now have to check and deal with myself. This has been extremely inconvenient and stressful. The delivery still has not been properly resolved, and the responsibility seems to have been pushed back to the customer. For a company supplying large shed kits, I expected a much more professional and responsible delivery process.

hour. Was supposed to be 2 x Merlin door openers (specified and paid for) but they decided to supply something different without asking that was not suitable. Took about 6 weeks to get sorted. The design is trash and a pain in the A**E to build using far too many small teks instead of bolts that needed pre-drilling in the thicker sections. The flashings were S**T and didn't fully cover the door jambs and you still see the gal jambs so looks shabby. Some of the roofing screws were too short to go thrugh heavy duty fibreglass roof and tried telling me I was doing somethign wrong so they had a look on site and said 'never had that before'. Stuffed up design so I lost about 300mm clearance on height on one door - after modifying to miminise loss. Many many phone calls to get so many things sorted out. Used cheap trash screws for wall sheets that left a bur and tore up the rubber washer so had to pre drill all of those too. The door supplied had skin loose from reinforcing before it was used (was replaced) and the list goes on ie used single columns instead of back-back so you lose about 300mm width across the ends. Only use 0.42mm roof sheet when 0.48mm much better - and tehy are not the cheapest either. Door was supposed to be prehung but got a DIY frame and the precut hole for lock was set back too far so you see a bit of the cut out around the handle cover plate. Door harware showing surface rust/tea staining in only 12 months. Drawings poor too. Asked for epoxy set anchors and was given gal tru bolts... but were replaced - without enough epxoy though. Watch out for the slick talking sales - reality is way short. Making another one from Widespan Sheds at the moment and it is easy - they are knocking it out of the park - Widespan has a good price, great organised paper trail, informed all the way, way better design, easier to build, good construction manual and neater flashings - was told it was coming on xx/yy/2025, and would be called day before. Was called and delivered as per advice.

Wish they would make the garden arches, which are still holding up also. I just recently purchased a new cupboard and it looks similar to my old ones. My husband put it together very easily. They were far more cheaper than they used to be, but that is understandable. I love the look of them and they are better than some flimsy ones and look nice and tidy.

Shouldn't have listened. Worst decision ever! Doors split in 2 halves, and rattle as the bottom of each door bangs and gets stuck on plastic brackets. Parts were missing, I had to go get them and I drove over 45 minutes. The company sent their own tradies which I regretfully let them work on the shed! Botched the gutters, no closing door latch, nails screwed in crooked all over the roof, and metal leftovers caused the roof to rust. What a pack of amateurs! The colour bond paint on the back of the shed came off and rusted out, showing the poor quality of materials. If I had known this I wouldn't have bought anything from this company. I wouldn't recommend them at all!

We found this company to be on point....the communication was quick, all materials arrived on time and when we found a few items missing, the follow up was 100%...missing pieces were delivered very promptly. Very satisfied customers...thank you.

$13,000 !! The manager Brad and his side kick Ryan lie all the time they told me he deposited the money ($13,000) into my bank account but it never was !! I’m recovering from stage 3 Bowel Cancer in early 2025 and I don’t need the stress I just want my money back !

in full mid February as told they couldn’t order til full payment and she’d would take 8-12 weeks, April no shed no contact so I called and called and called and finally told end of may, no shed, June no shed, July no shed calling weekly now told early august no shed, September told them I will need to engage lawyer to recover money and did contact a lawyer however Metroll on Sunshine Coast contacted me to arrange delivery, turned up a week later good quality but ffs worst business to deal with, no idea, built an entire house move in ready in the time it took to get a shed.

when I wanted to pick up and was assured that it was feasible and to expect their quote. Quote didn't arrive, so I called them again on the following Tuesday, and another person undertook to send me the quote. Quote then arrived for the wrong product. I then called back to advise and I also replied to their email, all on the Tuesday. I was assured that the quote would be corrected and resent. Thursday dawned and no quote. I rang them again and spoke to yet another person who assured me that the quote would be followed up. Thursday afternoon and I am called back by a fourth or fifth person saying that they don't make the required guttering at their location. No advice was offered of alternative suppliers, even though other Steeline locations indicate it as being in stock. I then asked about alternative suppliers and a dismissive 'no' in reply. I then asked if anyone at Steeline Bathurst was actually in charge. Almost a week of elapsed time and passed around five people to finally be informed they cannot supply the guttering, and absolutely no commitment to serving the customer. BAD BAD BAD Avoid if you can.

Coast Build (ABN 17 663 360 709). All of these companies are run by the same people and I have had nothing but hassles, lies and deceit from these people for a simple Shed build. [Name Removed] ([Details Removed]) is the listed Owner / Director and she will sell you the dream timeframe just to get your money. However, when the time comes to actually progress with your build she will lie, make up stories on delays, timeframes are always changing, contractors never turn up as promised or just ignore you completely. She will then push the blame back on yourself and say that you are the issue why the build is not progressing. Every step of our build has had delays that were known about on their end but never communicated through to us. All communication is verbal and she refuses to put anything in writing to be used against the business. If you are lucky enough to get an email, it never says what she actually verbally agreed to. They use their employees or contractors to deliver the bad news and expose their lies. These tactics are not a one off and have been used on multiple other clients. A short list of the medical excuses used in eight months of this build so far includes – leprosy, Pleurisy, Pneumonia, Cancer (twice), Stroke, Dead (twice). After eight months to date I still have outstanding issues with the build from rollers doors not able to be opened safely, no keys for the access door and bent door frames. I have had multiple people from across the business including the other owner [Name Removed], assure myself these will be fixed as soon as possible.
