The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. The need to install new blind roller fittings was part of this process. They took pride in their workmanship. explained to us from the get go as they are made overseas. With my wife been European this was great as we were getting a product the same as in Europe. On the day of install it took a good 5 hours. Once it was done the installer told us they would be ordering a new window as the one they installed had a very tine 1cm scratch at the bottom which you would never see unless looking for it. This made us proud we went with NuEco windows. They swapped our window out a month later. We continued to use them for the 2nd bedroom and kitchen windows all up 4 windows 2024 The team were amazing. They spoke to us through problems they came across as the house is 20 years old and rectified it without fuss or extra charge. Needless to say its now 2026 and we are about to call them to come quote our last 2 windows. The team really know what they are doing we had a number of reps from other businesses come out and try the hard sale and push and didn't really know their product well NuEco was the complete opposite. Adam and Andy and great to deal with.

the door has been installed correctly and it has caught on something, though I am not sure. I contacted them and they have said it will cost $600 to have it fixed. According to them after viewing a pic I sent them, we caused it and it is not their responsibility. The service from day one has been unprofessional. The production time run over by 6 weeks and now this. I strongly recommend not to use these guys. never missed a beat. The (roller) garage door has remained reasonably quiet and smooth. No rust or malfunction to report. We have had it serviced a couple of times, most recently when the maintenance light was lit. Service man found the spring tension needed some adjustments. I love the smart hub, showing me if the door is open or not, and able to close it using mobile app from anywhere in the world. It can show history of all activities which is fantastic.

Recently, the Smart Hub decided to stay offline. Ran up B&D for help. While they were courteous, they couldn't resolve the issue, possibly because my opener smart module is an older design, an external unit, not integrated into the opener like the latest ones are. It asks for an access code I was never given and didn't know how to retrieve that. B&D suggested perhaps a default code which didn't work. Thank goodness I worked it out myself - by factory resetting everything and adding the opener again. I needed to manually deregister the opener from the smart hub to remove it, so the newly reset open smart module can be registered again and an access code is generated.

While the Smart Hub can be integrated with Google Home / Amazon Alexa. As much as I love IOT / smart devices, I did not enable this in the fear that Google Home / Amazon Alexa might open (or close) the garage door by mistake.

Touch wood it will continue to serve us well for years to come.

I have had the double glazing installed since the 27th June and although at first I thought there was a difference made, I can honestly say now that I see no difference between the double glazed doors and the lounge room doors which were not insulated. Recently there were all. Ight road works outside my residence and the noise kept me awake for most of the night. Traffic and emergency vehicles scream past my place on a regular basis and I find the double glazing of no use. A very expensive investment with disappointing results.
