I’ve had to repeatedly chase the company for basic information about an order I’ve already paid for. This is unacceptable and feels like taking customers’ money without properly delivering the goods.

If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be escalating the matter to NSW Fair Trading.

pictures in the advertisement looked so elegant and they would be perfect as the gift. So I parted with $91 for the two items. When they arrived I opened one just to make sure they hadn't been damaged, to my horror what was in the box was nothing like the elegant Greyhound in the advertisement, it was hideous small body large head. So I complained to the supplier, Drawtrace.com, only to be told that I could send them back, at my expense, which with international post would be very expensive, or keep them and receive $7 refund/compensation. After many emails I have given up. Don't buy anything from drawtrace.com, they are not a reputable company, in fact I would describe them as scammers. Be warned.

Conclusion : It is an abject waste of your time to give feedback to Carpet Call and my best advice is do not deal with them at all. Their process is to fob off any and all concerns and not properly investigate them. Never again.

find gorgeous single-size sets, as they can be surprisingly difficult to find.

I noticed a very slight difference in softness and colour between two sets from different batches, so I contacted customer service. From the very beginning, Bree was absolutely wonderful — so kind, understanding and genuinely helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

To my absolute surprise, Canningvale even sent me two new quilt cover sets completely free of charge so they could try to make sure I received matching sets. ❤️ I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Both new sets arrived from the same batch and look beautiful together.

And what makes me even happier is knowing that the products are made in Australia. It’s wonderful to support an Australian company producing such beautiful-quality products.

a lady approached us, and helped us to pick up vinyl for the kitchen and dining area, and carpets for the bedroom and living area. Three days later, after visiting the premises, we received a quote for the lot, $2329.00. We wanted another quote, as it is prudent to do, so we went down the road to another shop. That experience was something completely "different" starting with "welcome". A week for person to take a measure on Friday midday. No feedback until Wednesday morning when we went back to the shop to ask about the quote. The three people busy on their computers, and the fourth, probably manager in the office. I asked about the quote, and they has a few excuses for not providing it. I asked for quote to be emailed to me, and that was good, because I was sitting when I checked quote: vinyl $2695.00 plus carpet $2150.00! Going back to the service of Trevor's personnel, installer came on time, completed the job a bit earlier than he mentioned when we left him to do the job. To be fair, probably the manufacturer price was the key for double the quote, but person has to ask themselves, what justifies that kind of difference in price. The final conclusion: check Trevor's before going anywhere else. I don't know what people experienced in other Trevor's shops, but Bunbury deserves 5+ mark. Thank you.

While this was not Baha they are using this courier service when as soon as you google them you can see the overwhelming negative reviews and experiences people have had dealing with Border express so it is really inexcusable for any company that cares about customer service to even contemplate using.
