Even though at one point they randomly tried rescheduling it to a Tuesday, when I booked for a Saturday, and even went out of my way to say how fortunate it is a Saturday works for me. Didn't ask me, didn't consult me, just rescheduled it to a Tuesday.

However, the quality of the product is not worth the price. Gaps between wood, wood that's cut poorly, and a hole right under the sticker saying it passed a quality inspection.

Not one single draw doesn't have gaps in it. Every draw, all three, have gaps between the wood.

This isn't cosmetic. These are flaws that will cause issues with moisture and dirt. Glue, filler, and cutting properly would have prevented all them.

Tried mediation but I haven't been able to organize even a partial refund after the SECOND unit came with faults.

sofa that fit an awkward space . $7k so I’m expecting it to be good . The problem is the aftercare .. it’s all farmed out to a call centre in Malaysia/ Philippines and for even the smallest issue you have to go through them. It’s beyond a joke . The usual story, long hold times , no response , an endless barrage of totally ridiculous questions. My sofa developed a fault at around 12 months and dealing with these people is impossible. At this price point I’d expect better . I can’t believe how bad it is. Your choice but I’d consider alternates .

been having with my then current mattress. She helped me choose a new one that felt appropriate after a few minutes sleeping on it. Then the mattress arrived. From the first night, it was terrible and added to my sleep problems. Within a week I phoned the store and asked for it to be taken back and a refund please. More fool me that I had not checked this before - it turns out that Snooze is the only store that does not stand behind its products. Every other store has a 30 or 100 day satisfaction policy, but not Snooze. You would think with a brand this big, such a policy was protocol. So now, about a year later I am still on a mattress that is so uncomfortable that I wake every morning with PAIN in my SHOULDER and HIPS. I am disgusted by Snooze and intend to never purchase from them again. If asked by anyone for a recommendation, I will tell them to avoid Snooze. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I would attach photos but how do you display such an uncomfortable mattress. Oh, the second thing is, despite moving my mattress around regularly, it has formed visible dips and a bump in the middle of the mattress. My recommendation is to AVOID Snooze.

To add to this review. After several back and forth emails from a Snooze assistant, she has made it clear that regardless of anything, Snooze does not allow a change of mind, even after one week. My suggestion is that if you want a mattress from this company, go in and sleep the night on your chosen mattress. This may be the only way to assure you get a comfortable nights sleep if you purchase from this company.

Bought thousands of $ with Zanui so far but no more and I advise you to also search out alternatives.

part of the sofa out of the 2. The other package delivery was a mattress which i did not order. I made multiple attempts at contacting and providing as much details as possible so that the sofa could be redelivered asap but it was literally the opposite from Brosa.

At the point of delivery, i was away for a short leave. Hence, i could not check it at the very moment. After weeks of waiting and poor communication from Brosa, i have finally gotten a email that the product is now a presale and the waiting time could be up 7th December, Mind you i have made the purchase on 30th June. Additionally, they were very keen and quick on sending details about the return of the mattress but it was the total opposite for the sofa.

Additionally there is no contact number, i have sent multiple emails at getting a refund abut it seems like they are very uncooperative and gone to deaf ears.

Lastly, it is noticed that there are multiple ppl handling this issues but no one actually resolving the problem, i have gotten emails from different support service team which shows clearly that the issues has not been handled professionally. Asking for details and information again when i have already provided all the information.

Personally I would never recommend anyone purchasing products from brosa ever again. Currently, i have sent a email asking for a refund again. Guess it gonna take a week for that reply too.

misinterpreted Ivory for being a cream colour, whereas in fact the stripe is a Stark White but that is my mistake. As my front screen door and window frames are a Primrose colour, a cream stripe would have looked better. In hindsight I think the black stripe would have been a better option in the location. This does not detract from the quality of the mat however.

The extendable section is the biggest issue. The insert/extension mechanism developed a fault and parts began pulling out, making the table feel poorly designed and not durable enough for normal everyday use.

For an extendable dining table, the extension system is one of the most important parts of the product. If that mechanism cannot hold up properly, it defeats the whole purpose of buying an extendable table in the first place.

What made the experience worse was that the problem occurred while the table was still within the warranty period. I contacted Lifely and was initially advised that a repair could be arranged, but later learned that the required replacement parts were not available.

So I ended up with an extendable table with a failed extension component and no straightforward repair available.

For the amount paid, I expected significantly better quality, durability and product support.

The table may look attractive online, but based on my experience I would not recommend it. If you are considering one of Lifely’s extendable tables, I would be very cautious about the construction of the extension mechanism and what support is available if something goes wrong.

plenty of space in the 4 cupboard areas. The buffet is solid and feels luxurious to the touch. What I love about it is that it does not have to be polished. Just a soft cloth to wipe over it regularly. The size sits perfectly in our space.

We were so happy with the workmanship that we have ordered the same in a console or hall table. We are now waiting patiently for its arrival. Thank you Acacia for such beautiful furniture.
