Absolute junk. TV has a random software issue(s). Hangs, won't connect to internet, needs unplugging to reset. General extremely frustrating experiences and its very slow to respond to remote commands. Avoid like the plague!

Me and my wife tried the patch for a few nights, and they don’t work at all! They actually make us restless and shifting in bed all night. Tried contacting the company 3 times with no response. Pretty much got ripped off. I would definitely not recommend this patch. 1-Star

repair person. He advised that he could repair temporarily but it may require a cabinet maker to firm up the supports. 3 weeks later another screw came lose. Asko sent out the same incompetent crew that didn't do the original installation correctly. They were smug, rude and replaced one screw rather than follow instructions. DO NOT BUY ASKO, their installation crews are incompetent.

plan to English, I identified defects in the plan and asked The Bio Flame if they could redraw to fit the enclosure I was working with. I let them know that the enclosure I was working with was made of Lava rock, not an easy material to modify. Subsequent communications from the Bio Flame would not address the design flaw. I asked for a refund and The Bio Flame stopped responding. I had to write off my customers investment and purchase from a different, reputable manufacturer. Since The Bio Flame is in Canada, I was told I had no recourse to recover the $2000 deposit.
Since the negative experience and reviews, The BioFlame assigned an individual to help me navigate this purchase. Currently the part is in production and I hope to see it soon.

the spray head gave up functioning properly. I rang franke in melbourne and they told me the spray head had been redesigned and that I could buy a new one for $160. I said there was a 15 year guarantee on the tap but to no avail. Three weeks ago 14 february 2026 I went into winnings at danks street and was told they would get the franke rep ([Name Removed]) to call me. I am still waiting for her call. The fact that the spray head was redesigned indicates that the original I bought was defective. No stars for franke.
