Also took the supplied pump option; they were very cost competitive and a good pump, the Davey HS60-08T and that works a charm. Make sure you follow their pre-work instructions, as we did (!) because you cannot put these on rough ground. Also you do need aggregate around the tank as they say, because water run off erodes crusher dust very quickly. Highly recommended as a supplier for your tank.

it would take 2 days. It took 2 weeks (we couldn't use our backyard in the meantime). - The left a massive mess behind (we had to clean up) - The quality was terrible. Very lumpy. Massive gaps. Looked nothing like the photos - The claimed it was 'dog proof'. Our cavoodle puppy was able to lift up a corner and tear the grass in a few minutes. - They denied our warranty claim because they had a management restructure. Why do I deserve a crappy lawn because they move some staff around? I got no apology either. I have to resort to legal action if I want any resolution.

I now have to spend lots more and replace it with real grass. These guys are the worst.

reporting the issue, I was advised to troubleshoot and clean contacts which temporarily restored operation.

The fault returned repeatedly. The unit was returned under warranty, repaired and returned to me.

Unfortunately the same fault returned again within days.

The unit was returned a second time. Australia Robotics now allege water damage which I dispute, as cleaning and troubleshooting were performed following advice and only after repeated failures.

The unit remains in their possession while repair invoices, parts charges and ongoing storage charges continue to be issued despite the matter remaining disputed.

During the dispute I was offered return of the unit conditional upon removal of reviews, which I was uncomfortable with.

Products fail. My frustration has been the handling of the issue afterwards.

As the matter remains unresolved, the dispute is now progressing through formal consumer complaint processes.

Excellent product with an even better service level. Would recommend to any collector

driver drop back when in the area once the tanks place to drill the holes for fittings. Everyone at WC Polly were keen to help and our delivery driver DJ who is a top bloke returned with a smile on his face to do the inlet and outlet holes. The tanks are substantial and the value 2 x 25000 tanks inc fittings, a Davey pump and the holes being drilled and fitting them was an exceptional experience. we're very grateful.

their business ethics fall. To own a business you should take pride in what you do and respect your customers, by doing these simple steps your business should grow. I do not feel that Garden Express follow these simple steps, but follow a more common step which is to take your money and if there is an issue ignore you. I brought several items the other month, the package was delivered damaged, some contents damaged and some smaller items appeared to have fallen out through the hole in the side of the box. I have cameras at the property and the footage shows that the box had damage and a hole in the side. I contacted Garden Express via email, I know that they received the email as it had a delivery / read receipt attached to it and we received a return copy with conformation that they received the email. I followed up again with another email and rang their phone number. It is now the end of June 2026, I first contacted them back in early May 2026. Six weeks is plenty of time to respond but still I wait, the products are good but the business practice only deserves a 1 star or less.

Purchased several zygocactus and lithop living stone. All arrived safe although the packaging was a little dented by auspost. The zygocactus already had little blooms which have flowered. The plants were bare roots as described.
