complete lack of customer care from Nick Scali.
There has been little to no effort to put the customer first or resolve the issue in a meaningful way. Dealing with the escalations team has been frustrating, and communication has been poor, with key information not even being passed on by the escalation manager.
For a premium purchase, you expect both quality and service. Sadly, neither has been delivered in our experience.
I would not recommend purchasing from Nick Scali if you are expecting to feel like a valued customer or have confidence that issues will be handled properly.

I will also need to pay double delivery fee which is disappointing as it’s out of my hands. Apart from all this I cannot complain about the service I received. They allow you to browse without harassing you & encourage you to lay on the mattresses for a long period of time to really get a feeling for whether it is suitable for you.

so much pain Ill burn the mattress Paid and tested a V2 Plush mattress and was given the V1 mattress I never tried. Was Told I was updated and the new maztresses were warmer. Alarm bells rang out. So Uncomfortable and heavy takes 4 people to rotate it. The memory foam is A Cheap knock off made for them in Asia. No warranty or recourse like other reputtable bedding companies. Avoid Bev Marks like avoiding the plague!

now and lives in the north now a days. The original queen bed remains amazing and comfortable for our guests. My mother wont leave her much loved king single electric. And of course our own twin king single electric remain perfect since therir purchase in 2011. So - in short, we expect this new guest room bed wall will service us for the next 20 to 30years, easy. The installers - Alan and Dom from Kailo Industries were efficient, on time, meticulaous with what looks like a complicated install, and cleaned up supurbly. I recommend this install crew, and will continue to use the comfort shop for any bedding needs into the future.

CLASSIC and CHIROPEDIC PRESSURE RELIEF PILLOW GEL CONTOUR which was recommended has been very difficult and painful. We paid $5,870 including the recommended Braga Base. I have spoken to sales regarding neck, shoulder and elbow pain as well as numbness within 60 days of purchase concerned the mattress was faulty. I was told our bodies need to get used to the mattress and to rotate the mattress which I was already doing. Told to get a further pillow top cover which I did but to no relief. We even bought new cheaper pillows. Both my wife and I are still suffering pain daily from this mattress. The only reason we have continued to persevere to sleep on this mattress is because of the expensive outlay we have paid. Sales have not been forthcoming or helpful. Quick to take the money but no after sales support. We missed the 100 night trial because we were overseas on a holiday but returned on day 108 only to be told that the 100 night offer had elapsed. We still raised concerns about the mattress being faulty. It was on holidays that we realised how bad our YINAHLA PREMIER LUXE QUEEN MATTRESS really was. We have holidayed in many cabins at caravan parks and hotels since buying the Yinahla and even the cheap old mattress in the cabins were more comfortable and pain free than the expensive Yinahla. Please note, our previous mattress was great. We had no pain and it lasted 15 years before we thought to upgrade or downgrade as it appears we did. Neither my wife or I have ever had any neck, shoulder, elbow pain or numbness prior to this mattress.

Bought thousands of $ with Zanui so far but no more and I advise you to also search out alternatives.
Now, there's no way to contact the company, the website is removed. No email or contact link, nothing!
This is is a scammer business and with new owners will get doubtlessly get worse.
Says delays up to 10 days because I'm remote(ish) but that was more than a month ago.
A company's internal dynamic is irrelevant to purchasers. Raise a ruckus and vote with your $$$ … go somewhere else.

partial refund and keep the items or I wanted the company to swap the items out and send me the ones as described and as seen on the website. The company would like me to send the items back whilst I have to pay for shipping cost to send the items back and the only way that I will have a chance to get new items in the same table is for me to re-purchase at the now higher price due to the fact that there is no sale. The company has continuously refused the resolution that I am requesting which is either a partial refund and I keep the tables or they collect the items the tables at their cost and they resend me out new tables as they are described on the website.

were unable to find any new chairs with the correct coloured wood to match or blend in with our existing table and furniture but Carolyn from Living Elements suggested a blend of two colours to achieve a better match. The chairs are very comfortable, the wood is solid and the upholstery is hardwearing and stitched perfectly. Mel and Carolyn are a delight to talk to and have an innate knowledge of the furniture and styling. Initial contact was via phone as we live 2.75 hours from their showroom. The decision on the chairs was made after visiting their showroom and inspecting chair designs, upholstery choices and talking to Carolyn. The chairs were finished and delivered in the estimated time frame and were fully assembled and incredibly well wrapped for transport. An exceptional experience from a business which I would highly recommend dealing with. We will be back for sure.

of help going above and beyond what’s expected. We were going back & forwards to different furniture shops, but we were really happy with the service and the prices that Gina gave us. She spent lots of time, helping us choose and weighing up different options.
Too early to comment on the quality of furniture as we have pushed delivery out until we need it for our new house (they will also hold our furniture in storage until we are ready).
Hopefully everything will be as good as the display furniture we saw & the service we received.
Once again a huge thank you to Gina. We also visited 3 different Adriatic stores and the customer service from all 3 were excellent. Thanks also to Vanessa, who was also very helpful and professional.
Keep the great work up. I think the standard of service at Adriatic is very good.
