After the repair, I experienced a fingerprint sensor calibration issue (which can happen with newer ultrasonic sensors), and Vivian went above and beyond to help troubleshoot it with me, responding quickly, offering clear guidance, and genuinely caring about getting it resolved properly.

Data Recovery specialists. I rang both companies. Both were professional and polite, but Payam Data Recovery (Brisbane) were also kind and had a very personalised approach. We were put in contact with Scott the amazing Data Recovery Technician who was very reassuring and really seemed to care about our situation. All communication (on the phone, in person and via email) was clear and effective. We were kept up to date at all times and our data was returned to us (yay) in an efficient timeframe. accounts and were pretending to be me, sending messages and having a general chat to all my friends and family and then asking them to send a code. Some of my close friends- having trust in me, were none the wiser, others clued on and didnt reply to them. They had changed all my details, created new email addresses/phone numbers and date of birth and made it impossible for me to get in quick enough to change any information back. Being that i was not trusting of anyone at this point i quickly searched for a computer repair company and Rob at Zoo Computer Repairs was who my gut went with. Rob was straight on the ball with my situation instructing me to bring my computer to his location, something else I was extremely concerned about at the time being that my privacy had just been violated and Rob was a complete stranger to me. I did what he asked and we sat there and went through every possible measure to try and get the intruders out without much luck on the day. All I could do was sit and watch my life stand still, my privacy was breached. I felt ill that these heartless people could take over my existence without the blink of an eye while my life feel apart helplessly watching. Rob never gave up. The amount of time and effort this man put into what had happened to me is something that I am forever grateful for. He researched his own contacts, day in day out intensivly to find the loophole where these intruders had gotten in. He stayed in constant contact with me, even at times outside of business hours to reassure me that he was doing everything in his power to give me back my peace of mind. Unfortunately this went on for weeks until one day the intruders made their attack again by becoming active but Rob was one step quicker! He managed to get into my accounts and acted quickly to get the intruders out. Rob was extremely determined and never gave up. He knew how distraught I was and wanted me to regain my privacy and my peace of mind. Finally the day came and they were out of my accounts. Rob had done it! The social media platform (which were not a great deal of help) finally locked my account after countless times of trying to contact them and I was finally relieved that the intruders were out, but only thanks to Rob! It took 12 months before I could activate my accounts again but that was fine as I knew Rob had restored my peace of mind. For his time, his effort and his constant determination i will be forever grateful for and I would highly recommend Rob's services to anyone who encounters any computer situations beyond their control. Almost 18 months later and Rob still checks in on me from time to time to make sure everything is going well and nothing has resurfaced. Customer service at its absolute best right there.You gave me back my sanity Rob - thank you from the bottom of my heart.

She told me that the crack in the back of my phone was serious and needed fixing now and how lucky I was it was still working. $299 I was told would fix it. $496 later once I returned an hour later and was told it had to be done. Once I left the store my phone never worked properly again and my credit card became compromised and needed cancelling. I then had to get a whole new phone. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!

trustworthy. Unfortunately he filled out the form for Geekify. We did not discover this until they had lied to us and ripped us off. The problem with the computer was that it needed a new Wifi card. They told us it would cost over $400. They then offered to provide us with a new laptop and set it up for us etc. Because we thought we were dealing with Geeks to U we trusted them. I started to get a bit suspicious when the guy left and we then realised that my husband had mistakenly contacted Geekify. To cut a long story short, we ended up getting a new laptop at considerable cost. We did some research and discovered we could have got a new Wifi card for $15 and fit it ourselves! We had other problems which I won't go into but DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE. Make sure your are not contacting GEEKIFY. The customer service appalling and they are rip off merchants.
