Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

the call - price is actually $349 for first month for Wegovy, $499 for first month of Monjaro and goes up from there. Extra support is also extra costs. They said "oh there are T&C's" but who reads that when it comes to costs. As far as I am concerned it is false advertising. Costs should be upfront on main page. Not to mention you share a lot of personal information, take photos of your self and your id to send to them (very confronting) and pay the amount of $249 before the practitioner call to then find out the figures advertised are wrong. THEN they send me a message saying Juniper is not the right fit for me - not that they have done the wrong thing by advertising it wrong. She also said to me oh well if your health isn't worth the extra money then it is not her fault. This is confronting enough without being "guilted" into spending more. NOT OK! Wonder what the ACCC would say about the false advertising??? mmmmm......

it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! craving it all the time. I have so much more energy and am actually full from it no matter the time of day I have it. This feels life changing for me that I have just purchased 4 more flavours. Hopefully they are as yummy. I have to add that I am an extreme sweet tooth so the sweetness is perfect for me. I am breastfeeding so am having them with milk to keep the calories up. overweight ... I would like to be 15kgs lighter to be the perfect weight for my age and height. I had great success using this company's other weight loss shake, losing 14kgs in a few months (I wont name it here because it seems they don't want the world to know they also own their "competitor" product). Unfortunately, I then had a stroke and my stroke medication when combined with that other shake, found me suffering sudden and lengthy visits to the bathroom that would at a times take me out of action for up to 3 days at a time. My dietitian advised me to stop using that shake. Six months later I had regained most of the weight I had lost and decided to look for another option. I discovered the daily shake, which claims to have fibre and other ingredients that assist with gut health. It sounded perfect so I bought a bunch and then added a subscription.. Now 3 months in and I have had no further bathroom issues which is tremendous - however the good aspects abruptly halt there! I started a subscription to try and save a few bucks on what is without doubt a very expensive shake. I then had to pause the subscription because I was travelling. Upon my return to Sydney, I attempted to un-pause the subscription but all of the items were missing. When I attempted to re-add them, the quantity would suddenly jump form 1 item to 4 items and change the items to flavours I had not ordered. There was also no option to change the delivery frequency. I even attempted to set up a new subscription - to no avail. So I reached out to customer service, who responded with a standard pre-scripted response, completely ignored the TWO questions I asked and simply offered to create the new subscription for me. I replied and asked them to answer my questions - they replied again and answered ONE! Eventually they answered my second question and I was able to ascertain how many serves in a canister (there are 10 by the way ... more than $60 for just 10 serves). That means you need to order 3 x canisters every single month - assuming you are taking the shake once per day. Expensive for a product that does not seem to work. Then there is the constant SPAM ... I have received 3 spam emails from them by midday today and 5 yesterday - 23 spam emails in the past 7 days. The shake does not mix well in cold water - the colder the water, the more lumpy your shake will be. I wont talk about flavours as this is subjective - other than to say; I cannot fathom who would want sweet potato flavoured shake in the morning. I received a delivery from the daily shake yesterday. I didn't order it. They sent me a "free" sweet potato shake sachet ... they also CHARGED ME $10 for shipping. Stay tuned to see what happens next!

this product and it is not actually registered with the Aust Therapeutic Administration under any name . That means it has not been safety tested or approved . Who knows what is in those capsules I took . If it was approved by the TGA there would be an AUST L on the bottle . I emailed the address on their website regarding this and received no response .
