in excellent condition. I’ve recently also ordered the WPI and it is great. Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

I bought it specifically for the chocolate hazelnut flavour because I wanted something different from the usual plain chocolate proteins, but honestly the flavour just isn’t there. The smell has a nice hazelnut scent, but the actual taste is extremely weak and mostly just tastes like a very mild chocolate protein.

I even mixed it with 300ml milk and 300ml water to try and get the full flavour experience, and I could honestly taste the milk more than the protein powder itself.

To make it enjoyable, I’ve had to start adding cocoa/cacao powder for extra flavour, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a flavoured protein in the first place.

It mixes fine and the macros are excellent, but if you’re buying this mainly for the choc hazelnut flavour, just be aware it’s very subtle.

The product did not work for me. Tried on two seperate occasions. Appetite was still there, weight didn't budge.

it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! someone unhappy with your customer service and trading policy. I am disturbed by the stupidity of your refund process(actually when I think of it it is just a matter of not being bothered to fulfil the replacement as it may cost them more to di this then to have one very unhappy customer. My preference for a damaged ie empty item was replacement but no common sense did not prevail and I was forced into a refund. You really need to look at this IHERB. I ordered two identical items and one turned up fine and the other was empty/ Looking at the packaging I daresay it was leaking in transit. I opted for a fulfilment of my order not a refund as I wanted the item. Instead this was refused and I was forced into a refund or nothing I guess. I've tried 3 different Aussie companies. The first was good but extremely overpriced and unsustainable for me and the other 2 were pure rubbish/ low quality. Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. But thank god I discovered Eternum as I have been a regular for the last 4 months and their NMN is absolutely phenomenal.
