the times the particular staff member I have been speaking with had some experience in the product I wanted to purchase. The items I have purchased, like dumbbells and weights etc are quite heavy to deliver to me and come at reasonable deliver cost considering I live approximately 200klms away. The last item I purchased was the ATX belt squat machine. I have sciatica and doing normal squats is not safe for me, but this machine is awesome. I rang Sam's Fitness as I had never used one, or heard of one before and their staff were very helpful. I did some googling to find out about who was using them, and people with lower back problems were. So I ordered one just before Christmas 2025, like 7 days before, so thinking I would not see it until into January. It was on my door step before Christmas. So WOW. Good job Sam's Fitness. This machine is awesome for me as a leg exercise day is now back on my very limited training schedule.

Sole E35 Elliptical or the F65 Treadmill and went with the treadmill because I’m a 6:2 male and was concerned the 14 inch step up on the E35 would have me to near to the ceiling when exercising. My wife called FitOnline and spoke with Theresa who understood our concern, went above and beyond to gather further information for us, and got back to us straight away. Theresa was wonderful, she has great knowledge of the equipment, and was very reassuring on helping us toward making our decision of what best suited our need. From the moment I purchased the F65, ( which was by far the best price ) we were kept fully informed via email from FitOnline/ Theresa, of the progress from receipt of purchase, to shipment information, contact from delivery/ installer, Justen, time of delivery etc. We were contacted by Justen personally within a day or two of purchase and given a date and time he would arrive and install the treadmill. Justen arrived right on the preplanned time, (a week from purchase), was very friendly, and had great knowledge of exercise equipment. unusable now as live 240v wiring is exposed posing a big safety issue, and the broken plastic is very sharp. I would be surprised if this product complied to Australian standards, and in my opinion it is worthy of a safety recall. I’ve tried contacting everfit 3 times now to ask about buying the spare part (yes I was happy to pay for it), but have not had a single reply email. Very poor customer service! Based on this experience I would never purchase from them again.

weights bench. The rubber mats are neither here nor there, some edges are 15mm some aren't so some line up flat with eachother, some don't. The bench is dangerous and unstable, it tips easily both side to side as well as on its end with any weight applied to the head end of the bench. Can guarantee it does not meet Australian safety standards. I've asked for a refund and been told they'll take it back, try and sell it and give me a portion of what they can resell it for lol. Apparently they also don't understand how consumer law works. They are about to find out. Would never purchase from these people again. Other good businesses to buy from, avoid these muppets. They advised me if I want to use heavy weights I should purchase their premium bench lol.
