longer wanted their link. PROBLEMS STARTED. Told me I had to estimate minimum super withdraw myself. Failed to effect an agreed share transfer via ebroking ( worst broker I ever had misfortune to deal with...awful at communication and processing but good at renigging on promises). I requested transfer from Accumulation to Pension account. Told they'll follow up. NEVER DID. Conducted a search of emails on ES portal to ascertain who said whst and when. EMAILS RELATING TO SHARES TRANSFER WERE MISSING AS WELL AS A FEW OTHERS. I verified manipulation by analysing number of emails between dates and checking the totals at bottom of each page. STARTED COMMUNICATING VIA PRIVATE EMAIL AS SAFEGUARD! Informed ES I no longer wanted their admin. FAILED TO INITIATE COMPLAINT AS REQUIRED OF FINANCIAL FIRMS. Offerred me refund of annual fee. I REFUSED TO BE BOUGHT OFF. Issues arose with so called seamless filling of tax return items. MOST CONCERNING WAS MANIPULATION OF AUDIT. AEL electronic signature panel variations. Presented me with blank panel without signature, printed name and date signed. I demanded the AEL WITH MY SIGNATURE IN THE PANEL. What I received WAS NOT the signature I had used and there were three different versions of the way I was supposed to have signed. HAVE REPORTED ANOMALIES TO ASIC and ATO. To protect myself I diarised, took screen shots and photos of foregoing occurrences. Should have done this years ago when ES Did not reply to my questioning fees charged im relation to what was indicated to me. Out of the blue ANZ sent letter to a former trustee of my smsf, who does not bank with ANZ, to my home address. Suspecting collusion between ESUPERFUND and ANZ I demanded explanation. Reply from ANZ was commensurate with my banking experience. When I locked horns with Esuperfund it said it would protect its reputation. I SAY BRING IT ON! I deal in facts not assertions and $$$.

With access to their Class app it is very simple to keep up to date with the performance of our super. All aspects of fund management are taken care of for a simple monthly fee which is very reasonable.
