they don't know anything. They will not repond to you or assist you in any way. If you want a super to answer you call and tell you the truth, this is not the fund for you.

using eSuperfund as my SMSF administrator for over 15 years. And I have opened a new bank account and a new trading account with a broker of my choice without any problem. In fact eSuperfund assisted me when I was working out how to upload my trading data.

So far I can't fault eSuperfund's services.

2025. I've followed all of their instructions, I've made multiple phone calls and I'm consistently being told it will be resolved by IT and still hasn't been resolved. Over 8 emails, lots of back and forth and at least 3 phone calls over 11 months, with no resolution in sight. It's very unprofessional and shows a real lack of care by not prioritising fixing a customers account access - I've not been able to see whether my account is still functional post merger. I had to ask 3 times for access to PDF statements to even verify my employer was paying into the correct account since the merger/transition. This has been anxiety inducing and utterly frustrating. I would not recommend Verve Super to anyone.

Super - has not invested in Fortescue (aka FMG), which has operated a large, destructive iron ore mine on Yindjibarndi native title country in norther-west WA's Pilbara region since 2012 with no agreement whatsoever with the Yindjibarndi people.

In my view, it doesn't matter how good you are at saving the environment (or how much you say that you are), you are not supporting a sustainable future if you ignore the autonomy and voices of the first peoples of this country, most of whom are still facing extreme social-economic disadvantage, including in the regions where mining wealth is made.

While other Pilbara iron ore miners pay native title holders a royalty of around 0.5% of FOB revenue generated by mines on their country, FMG offered the Yindjibarndi a capped rate of $4 million a year, for a mine covering around 100sqm of their native title that generates AU$5-7 billion annually and has completely destroyed 124 of their cultural sites, damaged another 116 sites (sites estimated by FMG's archaeologists to be at least over 40,000 years old) and destroyed sacred water ways.

The Federal Court recently upheld the Yindjibarndi's compensation case against FMG, but the matter remains unresolved, and FMG remains a highly unethical investment, until the company makes a fair and respectful agreement with Yindjibarndi.

Thanks again, Australian Ethical Super, for steering clear of this company, and for having some backbone and discernment regarding what "ethical investment'" means.

The folks at ART that process these forms find one issue and immediately reject your request to transfer. They don't review the form its entirety and advise on the one or more issues with your completed form. I saved all the documents from last time i requested a transfer and that includes the Transfer form, Personal ID, bank statement, proof of fund name etc so I knew what I would need to do the next time. You have to mail your form to ART so there's 10 days lost. But what is really annoying this time around is that my request was rejected as I haven't included all the forms. The email I received (copy attached) says "Thankyou for sending us your incomplete form" ! But there is no mention of what forms I've not included. Remember this isn't the first time I have sent a roll over request. I didn't send an ID verification this time as the form said if you have sent it previously you do not need to send it again (within a time period with which I am within). I never sent the first 2 pages of their form as they are instructions! So what form/s have i missed off? Their useless correspondence doesn't advise me,.... Stay away from Australian Retirement Trust they are incompetent. Oh, one more thing to add,... i had an "0" birthday recently and again I received the most ridiculous correspondence from ART,.. it generally said, from memory as I was getting older ART will automatically move my portfolio to a balanced portfolio.... id be lucky to keep a $20,000 balance with them why would I bother or even need to shift some a small balance to a balanced portfolio,...... i'll say it again,.. stay away from ART.

been very happy with the service that they provide. They have supported us over the years as our SMSF needs have changed. 4 years ago we changed from Individual Trustees to Corporate Trustees. We did this when one of us got sick and there was the risk of only having one trustee. Knowing what we know now we would recommend setting up your super as a Corporate Trustee from the start. That being said iCare made the change very easy to do. The reason we chose iCare was the existing online service that we were using didn’t support a full range of legitimate SMSF investments and had restrictions on bank accounts and brokers. iCare SMSF allowed us much more flexibility. To get the best experience it is important to do good record keeping which is requirement of any SMSF. Thank you Gavin and the team at iCare for your support over the years, we look forward to many more to come.

regret it. They have made the whole process of managing a self-managed super fund very simple and easy and have always provided expert advice when required. With access to their Class app it is very simple to keep up to date with the performance of our super. All aspects of fund management are taken care of for a simple monthly fee which is very reasonable. When we first investigated setting up our SMSF, we spent significant time looking into all aspects and reviewed a number of fund managers. SuperGuardian came out well on top and in fact proved to be cheaper than trying to administer the SMSF ourselves both in terms of time and money. We have a dedicated client manager (Tom) who always provides a courteous, prompt and expert service. afford one. My accountant had to assist me with finding a property lawyer so I could legally get out of the second sale. I spent thousands on legal fees. Thank goodness they were selling legally flawed properties as we won on the basis of an illegal build. Sad but true. The property I did keep, I still have, however there have been endless issues with that build.

all they do is say we'll verify yourself biometric

Problem is going through that there system refuses to accept my photo no matter how many times you do it so cang log into spaceship to change to my new number to recieve verification code to mobile to access my account to change any details.

So inform them time and time again all they do is say verify yourself by biometric and send you a link when you explain you can't and why they just say sorry that's the way it is either you do it by biometric or not at all.

This company is a joke refuses to let yourself do it any other way so they are stuck with my closed bank account and I'm stuck with an account I can't use because they refuse to see reason.

They will not help me fix this problem if I could give the a negative infinity score i would
