controller supplied by AdvantageAir rendered our entire 3 x Daikin ducted systems inoperative and the only option to reinstate is a complete new MyAir system (including new wall sensors and all cabling) at a cost of $4k to repair. After spending such an incredible amount of money on these systems, I find this completely unacceptable. Buyer beware.

French door refrigerator, which was icing up at the back panel. Although Ryan was nice and polite, he arrived with a replacement rear panel, albeit late. Despite explaining to him that the same panel had been replaced only four months ago, he insisted on replacing it again for a total cost of $360 plus call out fee because the previous panel was replaced by a non-Samsung technician which they don't have a record. What shocked me most was that he openly admitted that he could not guarantee the problem would be fixed since icing is happening after four months of panel replacement. He then suggested the issue might be related to the gas system and said a re-gas could cost an additional $1,000. That's a total cost of $1,520. At that point, I couldn't help but wonder whether repairing the fridge even made any financial sense when a brand new French door refrigerator can be purchased for between $1,500 and $2,000; and a smarter system for $3,000 plus. I expected a proper diagnosis by the technician for the callout fee at his first attendance and confidence in the repair, not expensive guesswork with no guarantees. Unfortunately, I had to pay the $170 and thanked him for the attendance and frustration. I do not think this is Ryan's doing but Woolly Appliances. I left feeling frustrated and with very little faith with the company.

$765 was quoted . Keep in mind a new dishwasher is $888 . In addition the office asked me again for a model number which had already been provided previously and when provided a second time couldn’t identify the model number from the photo sent so had to waste more time researching and providing this for her . The second technician was more experienced than the first and identified that the powder dispenser was not the issue which the first technician had installed.

process and the visit by the technician all worked very well. However, after 3 visits from the technician, the door was still in the same condition as before calling Ark. All three visits led to a different diagnosis by the technician and I ended up paying for all the visits and parts. About 450 dollars and two weeks later, I was in the same boat as before, the fridge door not having improved at all.

find out no special part was brought or required came back to fix only to be told it was something else that was wrong with my fridge. I was concerned that he did know what he was doing told him to put everything back the way it was as I had a gut feeling that he had no idea what was wrong (as I had all intentions of calling someone else) this person took a piece of a part that he wasn't supposed too when putting things back (thank goodness the other technician i called had a replaceable part) lost 220 dollars, took a part of the fridge that was needed and it cost me to have another technician come out to fix my fridge plus the missing part that he took without my knowledge. So please do not use this company.

only 5 mins drying. The serviceman charged $199 for a 'diagnostic' and advised we needed major repairs (parts totalling $1,450.00) as the heater bank and control unit were not 'talking'. Instead of taking his advice we took the back of the dryer, cleaned up some fluff and bingo the clothes dryer is working perfectly!!

They are either don't know what they are doing or they don't know their field. Not knowing how to source a part that they specifically specialised in is a very poor excuse. I've chosen them to do the job because the say they specialised in Samsung! I hope no body else have to experience like this

grinder), we opted for a Sydney based authorised repairer, Espresso Connect Pty Ltd, Marrickville, NSW. We rang and confirmed they are an authorised repairer and dropped it off, paying an upfront "labour" charge of approx $130. Told the actual repair tech is in Canberra, & they'll send it down there, ringing when it comes back, about a week or two. The agent (male) indicated, Jura usually have kits incl "O" rings and there is a small plastic wheel (google search) which can crack under heat & pressure, which can leak. He estimated the cost of the kit at about $60-70. In any case, if the cost is likely to be greater, e.g. above $400 - he would call before going any further and give us the option to not proceed. We didn't get any calls and had to inquired where the machine was after approx week 3. Then upon getting the machine back, got invoiced for an additional $378.58. Making the total charged over $500. We never got the opportunity to discuss the "above $400" repair required or any additional fees & charges, which we were told would happen. Discussing by phone with the person from 'administration' about the failure of the business to properly advise us, as they agreed to, is disgraceful. The client service and ownership of their failure and lack of appropriate communication is a big issue. We could have sent the machine back to Jura Australia in Melbourne & had the repairs done there for less! Don't use Espresso Connect Pty Ltd, at Marrickville, if you have Jura Machine. Send it directly to Jura Australia.
