The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. They came back with the new door a week later, but unfortunately the glass they ordered was manufactured incorrectly by the glassmaker (they had a stern talk with the glassmaker on the phone in front of me), but bumped me up the list and got it fixed within a few days. Everything looks great now.

when it arrived stated 8:30am to 4:30pm. Waited at home all day, no one turned up but a call was received to advise it was rescheduled for 2 days hence, 8:30 to 12:30. Same story with the confirmation 8:30 to 4:30. I understand that the unexpected might happen. However, for the second time, waited at home all day and no-one turned up. This time no call but an email around 6:30pm that evening confirming our appointment for the day that had just completed. I made 2 phone calls to their service line the next day. They were unable to connect me to service but assured me service were given an urgent message to call me back. Surprise, surprise no call. Now wasted 2 days and 2 phone calls and still no idea when they will do the warranty service. I have no problem with the lift, it works fine. I think their after sales service is appalling. Would I recommend buying from them. No.

that before signing anything have a good look at the plans. I don't think that any building professional would suggest putting a studio/cubby/cabana on wood offcuts as suitable piering - Aarons said that's normal, and indeed it's all of their photos. After a 5 week delay the builders (2 of them) turned up from Victoria (I'm in NSW) with their truck full of material. One person started the process, whilst the other dropped the other stuff on the truck to the other sites. The builder was looking forward to his overseas holidays in 3 days. The finished product showed it. The roof wasn't supported, gaps in the walls, crooked walls - all in all about 15 defects. After much to-ing and fro-ing with Aarons (supported by pictures from me), they would arrange for someone to come fix it. Again we had to wait for another delivery drop to NSW before it would happen. 3 weeks later the handyman came, fixed what he could and left. It was to a level where we could hire a real builder to fix it - no-one would touch it until then - they didn't want to get blamed for the base problems.

I wouldn't recommend Aaron's for an outdoor building - find a local builder. It makes more sense.

you trust the design capabilities of the company you choose and that they have the skills and attention to detail that’s needed.

This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend finding an alternative to Pool Fab / Ecozen if you are looking to install a new pool. All downhill rapidly after the design stage… Read more

and Contract signing, to the point we cancelled the contract. The designer left the business and his replacement (s) had no clue what they were doing.

Points to note:

1.They sent an "Architect" to site who designed and listed the Tile amounts and sizes, which did not work in with the Pool Coping, and could not be cut to suit without chipping the edges of the rebated tiles due to these being stone. In addition, gave us the list and told us we have to place the order and delivery with the Supplier, and to make things even worse, made no allowance for wasteage / cuts for the poor tiler who had to ensure he got everything spot in first time.

2. Called me at work to come to site and check the excavation and set up by the concreters was correct (It wasn't and the went ahead anyway leaving us with a pool shell 150mm short at one side, finished too high and 40-50mm out of parallel with the rear elevation of the house, which resulted in having to cancel the Tiles in that area and install conrete to hide it).

3. Left cut, exposed and untreated Reo Bar ends visible through the concrete shell and were about to spray the surface finish straight over until I pointed out this was a defect and would be an issue down the track.

4. Tried to hit us with a ridiculously high Variation Cost (approximately 33% of the orignal quote) which they couldn't justify and got up set when I asked for a breakdown, and simply sent an email for the amounts broken into 1 x Labour and 1 x Material amounts.

5. Provided no warranty for the Spa bubbler blower, which failed after just over a year and ignored all calls and emails to discuss.

6. Left Tile Grout / Pool Render / Concrete in the Spa and Filter outlets, whch blocked some of them, in addition to the same materials being left uncleaned on the pool surface and steps.

7. Constructed the Wall for the Waterfall Feature and simply left the rear of it as unfinished concrete blockwork with no attempt to even make the poining uniform or tidy.

8. Provided a "Handover Process" of simply telling us everything was good to go and handing us manuals.

9. Provided no after sales service for the issues we came across and again failed to respond to any contact.

Engage at your own risk, as once that contract is signed they simply want in and out asap with the money, and we are now left engaging competent trades to try and rectify and finish the mess they created.

Dean and Daniel has done a super lift installation job and they were thorough in explaining the safety aspects and the usage instructions. Whole installation was done in under five hours.

NSW AND no matter how many times you set your preferred position for the louvres as soon as it rains and the rain sensor operates the system resets to a default opening position of 30 degrees). The absolute worst part of owning a vergola product is the so called "customer service". Well over a week and three phone calls to get a call back and then no capacity to do anything about my request to be able to set the louvres at my preferred position because "that's the way we've been doing things for decades". Seriously unless you are in NSW which is a separate company consider other alternatives before engaging with this organisation and consider carefully your tech needs before being hide bound by their blunt (as opposed to cutting) edge offering.

I'm back with more complaints! Absolutely useless, my house flooded guard lasted 2 years then disintegrated, screws came through my patio, bad installation and a very bad product! Do not go near these cowboys with a 40ft pole, bunch of bast....!

a skip bin which was not provided. I was charged for works that had not been undertaken (eg removal of the toilet, when the plumber had already done this). The job was not completed to satisfaction, with tiling remaining in the laundry that I require to pay the tiler to remove, with tile glue left on the floor I spent an hour scraping up myself. After complaint, the manager removed skip bin charge from the invoice, but that was it. I paid the reissued invoice as I do not leave others out of pocket, but I have cancelled this company for the pre-booked removal of my ensuite bathroom next month. I am very disappointed.

units & want alike for like patio replaced on my rooftop. Engineer/builders were goingvto be on site, so 11/6/26 at 1330. 11/6/26 at 1400 I called to ask if contractor was still coming. Told sorry but you weren't booked in the Sunshine Coast system & can I book another date. I rebooked for the 18/6/26 at 0800 as Engineers/Builders will be on site. On 17/6/26 the contractor called me at 1530 to advise he'd had a look at my block of units online & believed they wouldn't be able to do my job, as their certifier only does household not commercial patios & they weren't covered for that type of insurance & they'd need a crane. They don't do rooftops, apparently. By this stage I was far from happy & voiced this to the contractor & promptly rang the Bne office & spoke to Thelma. She apologised & explained she was new to the job. It's now been 12 days since initial contact. What time wasters. Lack of communication between Bne & Sunny Coast contractor. Staff in Bne office answering the phones lack skillset for this industry. All this could have been established upon initial contact & determined they weren't suited to do my job. Seeking the standard 3 quotes, I'm now back to square one in searching for another Patio company available to come do a quote, ensuring they are qualified. Thankfully, Eclipse Patio's have done their quote within a day. Lift your game Apollo. Not good enough & poor customer service.
