I requested my issues be escalated to the manager but Tadel keeps replying and still not addressing issues. The product has now been delivered (I received a photo of it - to the address I no longer reside) and am still not getting any satisfaction. The customer service is non existent and they don't actually address your issues. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

battery law warning. It does random sounds. Wifi issues all the time. Service is terrible with the company, and then instead of trying to help. They blame your internet provider, battery type, untill your warranty finishes, then they say too late you are not covered. Absolutely not recommend it

Today, there are many highly effective microfibre cleaning cloths, mops, etc, at a fraction of the cost. I find them just as good and, while I still use Enjo methods, I no longer pay Enjo prices.

issues with damage to our wooden floor boards from incorrect positioning of nail holes, the repair was questionable. Large holes were left around the main duct which allowed mice to get into the house. We now have issues with the controller and the roof rusting due to air conditioning pipes leaking directly into tin roof. I have been calling and emailing since Feb 24, it’s now late May 24.

started failing (both in winter of course). Red replaced them both under the 10 year warranty without any problems. I completed the online form, explaining the problem and attaching a photo of the failing alarm. In both cases they immediately sent replacement alarms which I received within 1 or 2 days. Very happy with the service. I gave the alarms 4/5 because the batteries on 2 of the 6 alarms were lasting no where near the expected 10 year battery life. But I will give them another 1/2 star for their service.

legit, but they do need to fix that. They have great products and prices but they are not great with online shopping. I think they're more geared to real life shop front retail and dont understand internet shoppers. THat's ok but if you're not local to them be aware of the problems. In my case they didnt contact me at all after I paid for the product. Not even an acknowledgement. Then I heard nothing for days - so I rang them to find out what was going on. It was just after New Year and they'd been struggling to get on top of things. Also, they didnt have it in stock and were waiting for it to come in - which is fine but they didnt tell me, the customer. I recommended they communicate more with online buyers because we dont know them and its a big risk to buy online. A bit later they sent an email saying they'd posted it. Yay. No estimate of arrival date and no tracking number, I had to nag them to send a tracking number and by the time they did it was in my mail box. SO I have mixed feelings about them because it took so long to get here and they had zero communication but the lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly and the product arrived safely and was a good price. So my advice is this. Buy from them - they have good prices and great products and are trustworthy - but if you're in another state and buying online - lower your expectations about communication and customer service. Not a very good product. Was installed at my house by the builder and barely 1 year afterthe black colour has peeled off, the tap on/off handles are all falling off from the bath, showers, etc. I would not recommened this product at all.
