was marketed as compatible for simultaneous use. During assembly, we found that the swings collide during use, creating a serious safety hazard. This has already caused two head injuries to my children. I contacted Growplay, and their advice was to raise the swings and limit swinging, but this makes it difficult for my 3 and 4 year old to use and defeats the purpose of a swing . I requested a full refund and return of the set, but they only offered to refund the net swing, the product was false advertised and is unsafe. I am now in contact with fair trading and also wish to advise other families this is an unsafe product. Please private message me here if you wish to discuss these flaws before you make your decision to purchase. If I could make it no stars I would!

On top of that, the speaker randomly starts playing audio in a different language without pressing anything, which is confusing and a bit frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any way to control or turn it off properly. Overall, it looks great but the poor battery performance and random speaker issues make it hard to recommend.

constantly impressed by their quick and helpful customer service, amazing prices, and wide range of stock. I've had figures come with missing or incorrect parts (manufactures fault) and after messaging about it, replacements are sent out eventually. The prices are cheaper almost every time than any Chinese or other retailer when compared. Packages are shipped out quickly and are packaged well with no memory of any box or figure being damaged by the retailer. I fully recommend buying from them if you collect any third party Transformers specifically and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Casey's Toy's first, thence we were going to K mart, Target and Big 'W' if we didn't find anything. Kellie, a staff member asked us if she could help. We told her that we were looking for something for our great nephew, who is turning three, and he likes to pull things apart and put them back together again. Kellie said come with me and showed us this toy which had three different types of trucks with sixty one removable parts plus a battery operated drill. To cut a long story short we bought it which saved us a lot of time and stress. Our great nephew absolutely loved it. price than they apparently wanted to sell it for. Instead of honouring the price, I received a passive-aggressive phone call where I was told I shouldn’t have bought it. The caller then hung up on me and issued a refund without my consent. So let me get this straight: if a customer finds a better price on your own website, your solution is to shame them, cancel the order, and refuse the sale? Completely unprofessional and frankly unbelievable. After this experience, I spoke to a few family friends who have purchased from Big Air previously. Unfortunately, they all echoed the same sentiment: poor quality products that don’t last. Based on both the customer service and the feedback I’ve since received, I feel lucky the order was cancelled. Plenty of other trampoline companies out there who respect customers and stand by their products. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
