SolarGreen replaced the old inverter and installed the new inverter and battery. A very clean and tidy installation. They also upgraded wiring where the old inverter was an installed our EV charger. They cleaned up all the mess after themselves and had the job done quickly and professionally. Very friendly guys too. Would recommend for sure.

Unfortunately this cost is comprised of the additional supplies needed to complete this work and for the manual labour required. I have attached your original client satisfaction paperwork which shows that the placement of both units was agreed upon prior to the technicians leaving your residence. The work required to disconnect and reconnect a unit is actually greater than the installation of new unit. We appreciate the work you have given us and hope to be able to service you with this request but also understand if you would like to go another direction.

Not happy about the response and the lack of care I sent the following email. You are correct in stating that placement of the unit was agreed upon, I don’t believe that at any stage we were given another option. As you, your company are the professionals you would have thought we would have been advised that placing the unit where you did would cause a problem of over heating the area. At no time were we informed that this would happen. If we had been informed we would not have had a problem in paying extra in having the unit placed in more convenient position. Now discovered the AC was not cleaned properly at all, the pipes blocked with mold, despite paying extra for the treatment and the block up has caused damage to our lounge walls and loft.

Currently sitting in 32 degrees heat with a 6 month old baby in a house that looks like it has experienced a severe flooding event because these guys send out unqualified staff that have ruined our home.
