had already uncovered for him. Didn't look at the plumbing plans I had or care about history of the problem. Pulled his hose out after it got 'stuck' and said it wasn't going back in for fear of damaging it. He did identify point at which it got stuck with a camera (which was of such poor quality that he had no idea what the blockage was. I told him the position of another inspection point about 6m upstream from blockage but as this was under a deck with 'only' 1m headroom he wasn't interested in blasting from there as the limited room might kink the hose and hurt his machine. His solution was to dig up the obstruction point 1m under a concrete path. Left after 35min without fixing problem and charged $440. I hired an electric eal for 1/4 this price and put it down the under deck inspection point. Problem was fixed anddeal returned 90mim later.

vanity waste. I terminated the contract after the tap replacement which cost approximately $1,100 which was done in under 15 min as I did not feel this represented fair value. I declined the vanity repair and subsequently had the leak fixed which required the replacing a simple sealing ring for under $100. I requested an explanation of the pricing, but the response did not address my concerns. As an NDIS participant on a limited budget, clear, transparent pricing and good value are particularly important to me. Based on my experience, I recommend obtaining several detailed fixed-price quotes before committing to plumbing work.

finding water leaking through a ceiling below the kitchen. Was very pleased for them to have someone out on site within 30 minutes of the call. Although we werent able to get to the source of the leak without extensive work (which was recommended through insurance), Steven was very polite, helpful and did his best to keep fix the issue and discuss the options with us. Crises averted – The plumber came out quickly when the old hot water system failed. They provided options and a temporary hws and installed the new permanent unit the next working day. They made sure it all worked and cleaned up.
