work, he wanted to charge an extra $875 for hydro which he Initially quoted as $375! He tried to tell me that hydro was different to the jetty and that the hydro cost more but that wouldn't completely work in my situation and might need to rip up toilet and floors to find out - what?!! I told him to leave before he wanted to charge me an extra $875 for the jetty and damage my bathroom. To update, I managed to get another plumber in to clear the pipe with the jetty for half the amount and no ripping up my bathroom floor! Note to Mick or is it Mahmoud according to your ABN - I'd like to know what is your plumber's license number? You told me you were licensed and after this happened, I went to look it up and found none listed.

The worst part was that the HWS was installed with a leak that damaged my walk in robe which backs on to the HWS. Pronto denied any wrongdoing and I have found their practices to be immoral at best.
