We were the only people in the car park and in the store, yet despite there being three staff members at the front desk, not once were we acknowledged or asked if we needed help. We spent over 10 minutes walking around and were completely ignored—no greeting, no offer of assistance, not even a goodbye as we left.

As a result, we walked out and drove five minutes down the road to National Tiles, where we had a completely different experience. A staff member approached us straight away, helped us choose the right tiles, and assisted us in placing an order worth $5,000.

Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately Beaumont Tiles fell well short.

He was really good in regard to his knowledge & we were able to talk through several different possibilities before deciding to go with a hybrid flooring option. Ben was able to measure up straight away, give me a price & arrange a tentative day & time for installation. A week & a half later, with everything confirmed, Daniel & his colleague from Beare Flooring showed up to put the new flooring down, they were friendly & professional, got straight down to work & the new hybrid flooring was installed within a few hours. After waiting 15 minutes we pop into the store to ask why it is taking so long, and before we could finish our question, salesperson say it can take 45 minutes to collect. We said we gave them 2 hours notice, she said it’s on the paperwork. My receipt was emailed and it doesn’t state the time it will take to do a pick up. It might be nice to tell people on the phone of the wait when we ring to say we are coming, or perhaps the storeman when we gave him our details. They do not pick the order until you are there. So it ended up being almost 40 minutes wait for 20 boxes of tiles. Not a big order and no apologies for the time it took.

When we spoke to Jullies, she helped pick the right tiles effortlessly, she answered all our questions, some even before we asked (she explained about the tiles pressure as well, which none of the 5 other centres mentioned, that gave us reassurance about durability). I have herringbone spotted gum engineered direct stick and it is stunning. They really did a fantastic job and were so reliable and great to deal with. My tiler also recommended them which I didn’t find out till I had booked them. Turns out they are very highly regarded by him too and he is the best tiler so that gave me even more confidence.

try to bodge up the rest of the installation with skirting that just didn't match... there will very poor quality workmanship to almost every join (most corners were not even mitred) gaps were not addressed... when I pointed this out to them he said that it "was the painters job to rectify it" he also became extremely aggressive and harassed with constant phone calls requesting final payment.. Please do not use this company it will end in tears, seriously.
