After concerns were raised, the contractor returned and re-did the grout around the vanity, which was completed to a much more professional standard and showed a noticeable improvement.

Based on my experience, I would recommend closely checking all work before final payment, particularly for investment properties. I also felt there was limited proactive communication regarding other areas that may have required attention.

After realising there was a problem with the courier the team were quick to chase it up and were really friendly in the process. After waiting 15 minutes we pop into the store to ask why it is taking so long, and before we could finish our question, salesperson say it can take 45 minutes to collect. We said we gave them 2 hours notice, she said it’s on the paperwork. My receipt was emailed and it doesn’t state the time it will take to do a pick up. It might be nice to tell people on the phone of the wait when we ring to say we are coming, or perhaps the storeman when we gave him our details. They do not pick the order until you are there. So it ended up being almost 40 minutes wait for 20 boxes of tiles. Not a big order and no apologies for the time it took.

France. They didn't tell us that when we ordered in Feb and took our money. They also did not keep us proactively informed, meaning we had to chase them weekly for updates on whether the tiles had arrived. This pushed back our bathroom installation by 2+ months as then we lost our tiler. They also over quoted us on the tiles meaning we had over 10% stock left. They would not take them back and give a refund but offered kindly to dispose of them for us. Got to be honest we love the tiles (see picture) they look amazing, but would not recommend working with these guys. Pretty poor customer service from start to finish. Take care if you order from them.

I have herringbone spotted gum engineered direct stick and it is stunning. They really did a fantastic job and were so reliable and great to deal with. My tiler also recommended them which I didn’t find out till I had booked them. Turns out they are very highly regarded by him too and he is the best tiler so that gave me even more confidence.

try to bodge up the rest of the installation with skirting that just didn't match... there will very poor quality workmanship to almost every join (most corners were not even mitred) gaps were not addressed... when I pointed this out to them he said that it "was the painters job to rectify it" he also became extremely aggressive and harassed with constant phone calls requesting final payment.. replace a few damaged ones in my courtyard. As it happens, Metro Tiles at Geebung, Qld., is not far from home. I rolled in on a Saturday morning and was given extraordinary service, even though I'd made it clear any purchase would be quite small. Lorenzo was extremely helpful, knew the industry, knew my tiles (they've been out of production for maybe 15 years) and searched through their entire stock. No joy, but he was able to point me toward the original importers. His assistance saved me hours of trudging around tile retailers. That is proper service and I appreciate it.

for a flooring report to be made and a guy named John answered the call. He told me a cost of $429 for the person to come inspect the flooring and prepare the report and share it with me.

Nobody showed up on the day it was promised. After chasing them again and again a few days later a guy named Ali came to inspect the flooring and advised I’ll have to pay more money to get the report. To my surprise when I showed him the invoice sent by John which was paid in full already he dint bother and said you can have your refund.

I advised I’m fine with the refund then as this is an unethical practice of taking money and then asking for more money. It’s coming to a month and they haven’t refunded anything and ignoring my calls now. I’m in the process of taking things legally however save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company and repenting later on.

After going through all the reviews now I feel sad I wish I would have seen them before dealing with this company.

24 months they want absolutely nothing to do with you.

When issues were raised, they sent a representative (who was overly up himself), whose approach was belittling and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concerns, he spoke down to us as if we knew nothing about flooring, brushed off the problems entirely, and offered no solutions.

After that visit, there was zero follow-up. No calls. No emails. No accountability. We were left completely empty-handed and ultimately had to engage another contractor and pay out of pocket to fix a job that should have been done properly in the first place.

If you’re expecting after-sales support, professionalism, or even basic communication — look elsewhere.
