to organise a Beare Flooring rep to call by & Ben showed up as arranged. He was really good in regard to his knowledge & we were able to talk through several different possibilities before deciding to go with a hybrid flooring option. Ben was able to measure up straight away, give me a price & arrange a tentative day & time for installation. A week & a half later, with everything confirmed, Daniel & his colleague from Beare Flooring showed up to put the new flooring down, they were friendly & professional, got straight down to work & the new hybrid flooring was installed within a few hours. The difference is amazing & has made the rooms feel so much more lighter & more modern, -I can not believe how much of a difference it has made. to replace them. No luck. Now My bamboo floorboards near the back door have risen and they see saw when you walk on them . I asked to have a tradie from Astoria to come and tell me what can be done. I’m happy to rip up my bedroom bamboo flooring to put carpet on so they could use my bamboo floor boards to repair the ones in the entrance. This might be the cheapest option. I can’t get Astoria back to have a look and recommend what I can do. I have to repair these floor boards and need advice on who to contact now ? I’m not happy about cleaning them either. The project came in on budget, ahead of schedule, and complied exactly with the strict installation requirements of our strata by-laws. pricing, service, staff and a brilliant job. My floors are my favourite thing in my house (equal first with my velux windows). I have herringbone spotted gum engineered direct stick and it is stunning. They really did a fantastic job and were so reliable and great to deal with. My tiler also recommended them which I didn’t find out till I had booked them. Turns out they are very highly regarded by him too and he is the best tiler so that gave me even more confidence.

try to bodge up the rest of the installation with skirting that just didn't match... there will very poor quality workmanship to almost every join (most corners were not even mitred) gaps were not addressed... when I pointed this out to them he said that it "was the painters job to rectify it" he also became extremely aggressive and harassed with constant phone calls requesting final payment.. Please do not use this company it will end in tears, seriously.

This mob do not respond to issues with their installation, not when it was done incorrectly the 1st time, not when it came apart after a couple of weeks and not when it moved apart again a year down the track.

They have corresponded with my wife throughout and treated her like a women from the 50's - like she doesn't exist.

All involved with this company should be ashamed of their workmanship, communication and customer service.

I have pity on your families.

Update: the floor has come apart in the same area twice. The installation manager decided it was ok to enter my property via the side gate and knock on my back door where my 2 young children were. To say we were all startled was an understatement. Fortunately, I'd already locked up my dogs. The person did not apologise and did know try knocking on the front door.
