Really love this machine, I feel like I can’t give it five stars because the baskets singly aren’t big enough to put a chicken in, which is my fault because I bought a double basket. For what it is, it’s great.

but now it’s stopped working. Was simply trying to make some protein balls (which I’ve made before with no problems) but this time the blades just won’t cut through. I went through the process of soaking the ingredients (namely the cashews and the dates - I’ve never had to soak the dates before but after trying to blend without soaking I decided to troubleshoot by soaking the dates to soften them. It didn’t work evidently.) I then added hot water to the bowl hoping it would help it blend and not stick but it still had issues. I ended up going back to my NutriBullet which wasn’t great (and this food processor was meant to replace it) but still did a better job than the food processor. After adding water etc while troubleshooting I’ve been left with some slop I don’t know what to do with. Note: I also tried making pesto last night and had some troubles with getting it chopped fine enough. Coupled with this today I’ve given up and reached out to return/get a refund. Wasn’t ever overused or overloaded. I have probably used it less than 10 times since I bought it and never loaded it past the maximum. The “low” function is also very fast (when it was working before these issues arose), so be prepared there’s no real slow/low options.
Do not recommend. I got swept up in the ninja hype but it is not worth it. I’ve never written a review before but this seriously annoyed me so hope it helps someone else.
I have had it for app 5 years, it has been excellent, from cooking full chicken, tuna mornay and casseroles Easy to use. I use it more than an oven, heats up very quickly and a lot of settings

drawer fits well. The handle is solid. The digital controls and programmes have been thought about and it just all clicks.
Like every appliance or cooking method, nothing’s ever perfect, and there’s always a clean up. This appliance is instinctively easy to use and makes a great job of cooking smaller items, better and seemingly more economically than my fan-bake oven or gas cooktop.
The trick, however, is to appreciate that all fats and oils must go somewhere, whatever cooking method you use. In an air fryer, the fat from your bacon that was once right there in a frying pan is now neatly in the bottom pan. That’s cool! So much better than scrubbing out a frying pan. But equally, the base of an air fryer must be regularly cleaned out. I let it cool then use a silicon spatula to scoop out the cold fat residue, and scrub it with a soft brush and water with some dishwashing liquid. I do not put it in the dishwasher and worry for people who do, despite the manufacturer’s claims. It surely must erode the teflon coating over time.
In the Ninja AF141, the buttons are handy, the programmes easy to understand and it’s a breeze to use. A little difficult in that separating the insert tray from the base after cooking either requires a finger into the centre hole (impossible unless it’s cooled down), or tipping it upside down and shaking. Not the best, especially when hot.
These are hardly complaints in the scheme of things. This is a great small appliance. Things cook quicker with lower fuss and mess. Using inherent fats and oils rather than adding them to a pan feels instinctively healthier and the quality of food that comes out of it has, for me, been surprisingly good.

Works great but difficult to clean the bucket and crisper plate. I can't even buy a replacement crisper plate because it's been out of stock for ages. Will not be buying Ninja air fryers again.

On every occasion that I used the machine to make coffee, espresso, quad or long, I am getting all sorts of different and inconsistent amount of coffee water is brewed. Short of it, I had enough with this machine that doesn't provide me with the service it is supposed to be giving me for $ 799.99 I paid for. I communicated with Ninja Customer support, sent them a video as requested, they decided that the problem was fixed from my video in spite of the video clearly demonstrating my trying on fourt occasions wasn't fixing the No Funnel error message and I complained about this failure and inconsistency with brewing amount and requested a full refund since the machine did not deliver what it promised to deliver for $ 799.99, but they did not respond to my request for the last number of weeks. Finally, complaints and a video were not fruitful and did not get me any positive conclusion with Ninja Customer Service in spite of telling these people, I am an 82 year old man and have no strength any longer to enter into lengthy battles in spite of this machine being within the warranty period and they just my threats to take the matter to Consumers Affairs for a full refund of my money. The Ninja Customer Service just ignored my e-mail and I finally decided to discard this $ 799.99 machine and get on with my last days with a De'Longhi Coffee Machine that I found to be almost half the price and better technology and not enter into legal battles to remain healthy and free of stress. I'm telling you who read these report to protect yourself by reading all of the reviews available before you purchase any product.

This is poor design and if not for a Reddit user posting a solution, I would have ended either throwing out the product or an expensive repair. has a hard time drying out. The base motor is made of cheap plastic. The suction cups on the bottom of the base are so unforgiving that the base of my blender motor snapped off. I have had this product for little over a year and a half. It is always stored on a mat under the counter top when not in use. I have used this product on 15 to 20 different occasions, for different meal preparations. I purchase the standard 1 year warranty. Had I known better, I would have purchased the 5 or 10 year warranty. Customer service is helpful, however, they require that I buy a new motor base. I asked if I could purchase a warranty for this base replacement, in which their response was no. I would need to buy a whole new unit inorder to purchase a warranty of any kind. It saddens me to say that this is a lesson learned. I want this review to educate others on the warranty policy if they decide to purchase any Ninja products.

Although we've only had the previous Ninja Blender Pro BN500 for a couple of years, we decided to give this one a go due to its newly advertised 'Stealth' qualities, as the previous blender was louder than a leaf blower.
So this new Stealth IQ is very good. The quality of the fit is excellent and the supplied containers washup sparkling in the dishwasher. Simple to operate and clean.
Now to the 'Stealth' part of the review...
There is a marked difference in the noise level when compared to previous Ninja blenders. The old blender came in at 101dB, which has an official rating of Rock Concert / Power Tool. This new Stealth blender comes in at 90dB. So not really 'stealthy', but as I said, it is a noticeable noise reduction from the previous version and hopefully won't bug the neighbours as much at 6am.
So the Ninja Stealth blender gets a solid 4 Stars from me.

everyday blending, now making spreads and honestly, it stood out in ways I didn’t expect. If you’ve seen my video comparing it to the Nutribullet (watch here: https://youtu.be/rNHay3QszMY), you’ll know this isn’t just another personal blender. Right from the start, the powerful 1100 W smartTORQUE motor makes a huge difference. It consistently powers through dense ingredients like frozen fruit, nuts, seeds and fibrous greens without stalling or needing to stop and scrape down sides. That’s something I pointed out clearly in the video, many compact blenders require you to shake or stir mid-cycle, but the Nutri Duo just keeps going. One of my favourite things about this model is how versatile it is. It’s not just a smoothie maker: the combo of Power Nutri Cups and Power Nutri Bowls means the same base unit can do multiple jobs: • Smooth, drinkable blends: The tall 700 ml Power Nutri Cups are perfect for green smoothies, fruity blends and juice extractions, and I love that I can twist on a spout lid and take it on the go. • Thick, spoonable creations: The smaller Nutri Bowls with the built-in Power Paddle (which I explained in the video) are brilliant for thicker stuff, like smoothie bowls, frozen treats or even homemade nut butters. You don’t need a ton of liquid, and the paddle keeps everything moving so it doesn’t just spin at the top. In the video, when I made thicker mixes, the difference compared to the Nutribullet was clear: the Ninja didn’t struggle or stall, and I was getting that creamy consistency I wanted without fussing over the jar. You can literally press the preset button you need: Smoothie, Extract, Bowl or Spread and let it do its thing. Cleanup is another pleasant surprise. All the cups, lids and blades are dishwasher safe (just top-rack) and because the design is straightforward, it doesn’t trap bits like some other blenders I’ve used. It’s also worth noting that while this unit does make a bit of noise: which I also touched on in the video, that’s simply part of having this much power in a compact blender. The trade-off is well worth it when you see how well it crushes ice and handles tough ingredients. Overall, the Ninja Foodi Power Nutri Duo CB102 isn’t just good at smoothies, it’s a truly multi-purpose blender that feels like it punches above its class. Whether you’re on a health kick, love making smoothie bowls, or just want a blender that actually works without drama, this one delivers. And if you’re interested in how it stacks up against competitors like the Nutribullet, I break that down in detail in my video here: https://youtu.be/rNHay3QszMY Highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful, versatile, and user-friendly personal blender.

experience. It’s tasty and fun.
There is a difference between the Ninja Swirl and the Ninja Creami. Yes, the swirl has the best of both worlds. Both soft serve and scoop ice cream. The Creami, simply is scoop. Do they both have the same process - yes until you use the swirl (model # NC701ANZ) this is the added bonus of the soft serve and scoop. General descriptions are online so I won’t reiterate.
Using the swirl, does take a few trials. A good hint is also try a few times in your own comfort before showing your guests what a tasting ice cream they will enjoy. After the process of freezing overnight, (this may also depend on your freezer. Ours will have the mixture frozen within 4 hrs) firstly, you will need to blitz as per required time, make sure it is a smooth consistency (may need x 2 blitz) then simply transfer to swirl side using required cover. Make sure the cover is closed correctly and clicked into place. Pull the handle down, wait a second to be pushed forward leaving you with testing skills of all in the wrist of a store bought presentation.
If not using the whole container, you can refreeze by placing the supplied lid. A hint on reuse, besides re blitzing, wash the spout so there will not be any blockage when the swirl is pushing itself out.
Now tot the cleaning. Many online videos will show you how easy it is to clean. In reality you need to clean within the crevices. I use a wooden skewer to assist. Somewhere along the line, ice cream finds its way into the crevices, especially when having to eject the swirl. Sadly too, the swirl can only expel so much of the ice cream and there will be some still in the canister. Simply enjoy with a spoon.
Again, as with the Ninja products, this needs quite a reasonable bench space and if placing in the cupboard take not of the measurements.
Pro : mouth watering ice cream and individual creations
Con : to date, the canister size are standard. Would have liked the choice of adding the Ninja Deluxe Creami. Can purchase more canisters for wider range of prep flavours.
Sorry, no photos of final results. My family too busy indulging :)

However, I am extremely dissatisfied with Ninja’s replacement policy.
My unit had only a minor defect: the temperature probe was faulty, while the rest of the appliance functioned perfectly and was still being used daily. Because I live in remote Western Australia and do not have access to a conventional oven, this appliance is my primary means of cooking.
Despite this, I was instructed to cut the power cord of my existing unit and provide photographic proof before a replacement would even be dispatched. This meant I was forced to destroy a mostly functional appliance that I had already paid for, leaving me without any way to cook for weeks while waiting for the replacement to arrive.
What is most frustrating is that there was no flexibility, no practical consideration of the circumstances, and no willingness to offer a reasonable alternative. When I explained the impact this would have, I was simply told that “it is policy.”
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be prevented from using a product I paid for, due to a minor defect that was not caused by me, while also being expected to wait an extended period with no workable solution.
A warranty process should not create a greater inconvenience than the original defect itself.
Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing Ninja products again, nor would I recommend them to others. Responsive customer service alone does not compensate for a replacement policy that places the full burden on the customer.

tripping off at the protection device on the units plug. This was intermittent and happened on high temps and low temps.
Was doing a low n slow cut of meat and it tripped of 4 times throughout the cook and had to finish it in the oven.
Contacted Ninja Australia to determine the warranty process and they immediately tried to blame my electrical installation.
The unit was plugged into a circuit with 20A RCBO and that never tripped, only the protection device on the Ninja plug would trip.
They advised I should have an electrician install an automatic voltage regulator installed by an electrician! Not once did they offer warranty support or a replacement, just blamed my electrical installation for the issue.
I advised I would be raising the matter to the Office of Fair Trading and they then said they’d offer a replacement IF I had an electrician complete an inspection of my electrical installation first!
There’s a reason the protection device on the plug was tripping and not my RCBO, because the fault was within their product, yet they want me spending money unnecessarily!
I ended up returning the product to the Good Guys who were fantastic and had no issues providing me a full refund on the faulty product as I told them I did not want a replacement because I don’t want to have to deal with their customer support team ever again, nor will I buy a Ninja or Shark product ever again!
Their customer support was atrocious and if I could, I’d give zero stars!
