the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. I am writing this to warn other buyers that the online photography and samples ar not an accurate representation of the product currently being supplied.

The website describes a "matte finish," but more than half of the 68 sheets I received arrived with heavy surface scratching and prominent lines that were completely absent from the marketing images and showroom samples. When I raised this, I was told this is "consistent with current stock." If that is the case, the website images are misleading and do not reflect the true state of what is being sold. I offered to travel 1.5hr to the warehouse to replace the bad sheets but this was refused and only a refund offered.

If you are expecting clean looking tiles, I would inspect them before leaving the warehouse or ask for photos if your unable to travel. Also, if you want to retun the tiles you need to purchase a minimum of 5m2 or three boxes.

with. We didn't go ahead at that time . Then I get them back 6 months later , nothing's changed on the job or scope of work , same colours discussed which again I was fine with . Then inexplixably, they refused the job . Didn't even quote me, citing nonsense about not being able to match the colours. They told me to call the grout guys instead. To me they just weasled out of a job for reasons only they know. Very poor unprofessional response. They were either wrong then, or wrong now . If this is the way they operate , I say Stear clear of this company .
