tiles up on the floor to look brand new again! It looks amazing, I wish I had a before shot. Richard was on time, polite & cleaned up like he was never there. Would recommend him if you want your tiles looking like new again without ripping them up.

the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. I am writing this to warn other buyers that the online photography and samples ar not an accurate representation of the product currently being supplied.

The website describes a "matte finish," but more than half of the 68 sheets I received arrived with heavy surface scratching and prominent lines that were completely absent from the marketing images and showroom samples. When I raised this, I was told this is "consistent with current stock." If that is the case, the website images are misleading and do not reflect the true state of what is being sold. I offered to travel 1.5hr to the warehouse to replace the bad sheets but this was refused and only a refund offered.

If you are expecting clean looking tiles, I would inspect them before leaving the warehouse or ask for photos if your unable to travel. Also, if you want to retun the tiles you need to purchase a minimum of 5m2 or three boxes.

product. I still love the look of it on the fully patterned side and it polished up nicely and feels beautiful. but the back doesn’t look at all like the top so if it’s visible design around this. by them. 1- He is unable to put one towel rail in centre of wall (would need to replace tiles to fix) 2- He is unable to put toilet roll holder centre to niche. 3- Silicone just pulls away from wall tiles and floor tiles.(did not clean surface before silicone work) 4- He is unable to silicone neatly at all. (I had to trim off excess, was just rushed) Unable to fix this around the acrylic bath as this could scratch it) 5- He is unable to set ceilings. (patches everywhere and now just realised while fixing his work he does not use undercoat at all, as paint just pulls away from ceilings) photos of paint areas that just pull away. My painter says he did two coats but second coat was over wet first coat. He just rushed and rushed. 6- Unable to silicone around the kitchen tiles aswell and left such a mess to clean off. Some ares not even siliconed and still pulls away. 7-Gluing tiles to wall he just dobs glue which is not code. (will need to remove all tiles to fix) Should be QBCC visit. 8- Tiles in shower bottom barely has fall. Have to squeegee the floor of. Tiles would need to be removed) should be QBCC visit. 9- Was told by him to leave grate out of floor and now I know why because his floors don't drain. Who wants hair to block the main drains. 10- Installed chipped tiles 11- Two screws holding vanity to wall but its ok if the rest is held with silicone. 12- Worried now about his water proofing as I had to point out holes to him after he had finished. Dont know if these were ever fixed. 13- When leveling the bathroom floor some base went into the pipe and than blocked the main Sewer Line. This happened 6months after build. Slowly got blocked and moved until it reached a bend.

I have not tried to contact him back with any of this as if they do it right the first time he wont get it the second time around either. I wont let him bodgy it again the second time and we cant go through this process a second time.

Do not trust him with your renovation works. It will be too late before you realise its all wrong.

I did take photos the whole way through for my records of these works. Some things I told him to fix as we went but you cant watch him the whole time.

Gave 1 star for his works but the other trades were ok.
