sales consultant Kylie went above and beyond. I've never engaged with a company before to reseal our bathroom, we noticed a water leak and lots of mould, and I was a bit uncertain how the whole process was going to be like. Everyone was on time, came when they said they would come, did most the work with minimal disruption and very considerate, clean and impressive.

Excellent conscientious tile clean by Braulio and Andre at a fair price. Others could not clean my grimy tiles. I appreciate the free test clean as part of the quote. Good honest guys!

Daniel has been excellent to deal with. Turned up exactly on time, gave helpful advice and had our quote back to us before close of business the same day.

Excellent work from Amir. Very friendly and professional with a lot of care put in to his work.

Love coming back to The Shower Repair Centre. The team is always easy to chat with, and Mae is amazing — super patient and genuinely helpful. Five stars from me

I would highly recommend them to my friends, highest quality and workmanship from start to finish, very reliable and efficient.

Excellent job – Did my downstairs bathroom at Warners Bay and I would recommend NWR to my family and friends, turned up on time, were extremely professional and did a quality job.

with the breakdown of steps required. Once I confirmed I was happy to proceed they were available to come the next day and complete the job. Technician, Emile, was friendly and efficient, arriving on time and communicating when he would need to make noise. Josh, Rhys and Darren were also very friendly and efficient to arrange the booking and payment. I had a bath restored as an alternative option to ripping it out, looks great!

thank Domenic for his very good work including leaving the shower area spotlessly clean after finishing his task. Anyone who experiences a leaking shower would be well advised to contact Seal Tech Solutions for an inspection and discussion with Domenic in order to solve the problem. It is definitely worth it

great suggestions and assistance. The onsite process was made easy with the allocation of one supervisor who you can call and who provides a weekly schedule. The tiling is excellent, and I was consulted several times with ideas from Sean which made the finish as good as you can get. Rob undertook the cleanup and I really appreciate his efforts. Thank you WA Assett, I am really pleased with the end result. Debra

Nick was extremely quick, easy to communicate with, and left our chipped bath in pristine condition. Couldn’t recommend more!

Disappointed with the quality and over priced. Grain not matcing on LH bank of drawers, cover caps missing on cam locks, two cam locks weren't done… Read more

up, very weak construction wise. I would not recommend this product and the worst part it's made in Australia. DISGUSTING PIECE OF CRAP.

Dritan's work ethic was excellent and the time taken was really good. Nes communicated well before and at every stage of the transformation. His after care service was also top notch. I would thoroughly recommend Thermoglaze to anyone wishing to update their bathrooms and the price is very reasonable.

a very good job managing the whole project especially when we were away on holidays and we had unexpected challenges with roof heights and the picking the best position for accessories. Renos never go in a straight line but it’s how they manage and communicate that always makes you feel really confident in getting it right and making you feel at ease ! Fantastic company you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Luke and his crew !

St Leonards, looking at all the items I needed. There were a few items I hadn't known existed. Jimmy did a fabulous job managing the work, keeping in close contact with me every step of the way. All the trades did a great job and it was completed in the specified time frame! This company was a pleasure to work with in every respect!!

the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. I am writing this to warn other buyers that the online photography and samples ar not an accurate representation of the product currently being supplied.

The website describes a "matte finish," but more than half of the 68 sheets I received arrived with heavy surface scratching and prominent lines that were completely absent from the marketing images and showroom samples. When I raised this, I was told this is "consistent with current stock." If that is the case, the website images are misleading and do not reflect the true state of what is being sold. I offered to travel 1.5hr to the warehouse to replace the bad sheets but this was refused and only a refund offered.

If you are expecting clean looking tiles, I would inspect them before leaving the warehouse or ask for photos if your unable to travel. Also, if you want to retun the tiles you need to purchase a minimum of 5m2 or three boxes.

I attached a video from ABI website showcasing the tiles which you can compare to the photos I have shared.

had a few customisations on the length that they were able to accommodate easily. I choose the Karla Semi-recessed which was great for my smaller downstairs bathroom. Once again so happy with the outcome.

Holger resurfaced my kitchen cupboards after the vinyl wrap peeled and chipped off. He offered good advice and did a few extra touchups on my ceiling as well. The doors now look fabulous and I feel I have a new kitchen at the fraction of the cost.

professionalism, skill, and attention to detail, resulting in a finish of an exceptionally high standard.

This is clearly a company with deep experience and expertise — but what truly sets them apart is their care and thoughtfulness. The team went beyond the scope of the contract by installing a power point in the room next to the bathroom when they noticed I needed one, and by replacing a light switch plate that was due for an update. These small but meaningful gestures made a real difference.

They arrived on time, completed the work on schedule, and were considerate of my home throughout the process — even taking care to accommodate my cat, who needed to be secured in a separate room.

I am genuinely grateful for their work and would highly recommend Fred Rose Bathrooms to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship delivered with integrity and heart.

product. I still love the look of it on the fully patterned side and it polished up nicely and feels beautiful. but the back doesn’t look at all like the top so if it’s visible design around this. This is what the front and back looks like polished, we now need to find a way to cover the back up as it looks so different. .

with. We didn't go ahead at that time . Then I get them back 6 months later , nothing's changed on the job or scope of work , same colours discussed which again I was fine with . Then inexplixably, they refused the job . Didn't even quote me, citing nonsense about not being able to match the colours. They told me to call the grout guys instead. To me they just weasled out of a job for reasons only they know. Very poor unprofessional response. They were either wrong then, or wrong now . If this is the way they operate , I say Stear clear of this company .

Amazing work, friendly staff – Thank you so much team Melbourne home maintenance! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom absolutely amazing highly recommended
