different from my previous treatments. I contacted the clinic on 5 May 2026, 12 days after the procedure. Staff informed me that treatment typically takes 14 days to show full results. Although I was willing to wait the full period, I expressed my concern that I did not expect to see any obvious improvement. I then agreed to attend a follow-up review appointment scheduled for Thursday, 14 May 2026, 21 days after the procedure. On the appointment day, I travelled to Geelong and got ready for my visit. At around 9 a.m., I received a text message from the clinic cancelling my booking without prior notice. I rarely travel to town, and I had hoped to resolve this issue before I went on my two-week holiday leave. I have since visited the clinic to voice my dissatisfaction. Not only has the treatment price risen compared to my last visit, this round of treatment also failed to deliver the expected outcome. I confirmed that the clinician completed a full pre-treatment assessment, asked me to frown, and marked the injection area between my brows before the procedure. However, front desk staff stated that I would need to pay extra fees if I required top-up injections. It should be noted that injections between the brows for frown lines are extremely painful. Having made multiple trips to the clinic, endured physical discomfort and paid full treatment fees, I feel the clinic has shown little regard for treatment results and customer experience. I would advise others to consider carefully before booking services here.

However, the technician was dismissive when I requested to begin with the upper lip and progress downwards for hygiene reasons, a request that has always been accommodated in my previous sessions. The technician explained that this was inconvenient as it required changing protective goggles, and proceeded to perform the Brazilian (including the butt area) first before returning to treat my upper lip. This approach made me feel extremely uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. Client comfort, professionalism and hygienic practice should be prioritised over staff convenience. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

service is non existent. The manager is extremely rude and the whole environment is tense and toxic. They called my last appointment forfeited and my prepaid package fully redeemed when I missed my last appointment due to sickness. No empathy, no flexibility, no accountability, none… When I brought up that the sms reminder was sent out 24hrs and not 48 hrs before my appointment, they treated me like I am a lier. I had my communication history in my phone and asked the manager to have a look but she didn’t bother to make any effort to answer my questions as to why there are discrepancies. Rather she threatened me that I should leave or she call the security which then I left. She also belittled me in front of staff and customers that I am disrespectful just because I missed my appointment (remind you I was really sick). supported for years, but after everything that happened, I feel my experience deserves to be shared honestly.

I had been a loyal customer for several years, spent thousands over time, travelled from northern Gold Coast despite having many salons closer to me, and referred many friends and mums because I genuinely trusted and loved this salon before.

Unfortunately, over the past year I noticed a decline in workmanship and lash retention.

The final straw was my 2 May appointment for a hybrid full set and brow sculpt/tint worth around $220. Due to an M1 accident delay, I called ahead to advise I would arrive about 20 minutes late. When I arrived, nobody informed me the service would be rushed, shortened, or incomplete, and no option to reschedule was discussed.

Only AFTER the appointment, when I asked to properly check the lashes myself, I was told the technician “only did what she could for the time.”

The lashes were sparse, incomplete, and nowhere near a proper hybrid full set, yet I was still charged in full. Both lashes and brows were completed in almost an hour total, which is unusually fast for a proper hybrid set alone.

This was also not my first issue here. Previously, I had already needed to return because lashes were falling out excessively within days, and I was even told at one point poor retention may have been caused by improper prep before application.

While complimentary fixes were offered, repeatedly returning for corrections was stressful and difficult as a stay-at-home mum juggling childcare, school schedules, long travel, and family logistics.

After I finally left a 1-star review, Mel personally called asking me to remove it and reassured me the lashes would be fixed, so I agreed and removed the review. Unfortunately, due to traffic, family logistics, and my toddler’s medical needs, I later missed the follow-up appointment despite genuinely trying to make it. After that, the owner decided to “amicably part ways” with me as a client and refunded the service instead.

While I appreciate the refund and polite communication, it was still hurtful to feel discarded after years of loyalty, referrals, and continued support despite repeated workmanship issues.

To make things worse, even though the lashes already looked sparse from the beginning, within less than two weeks they were practically gone despite proper aftercare. I constantly found lash extensions falling around the house, and the brow tint also faded unusually quickly.

At the end of the day, this review is not about money. It is about workmanship, communication, accountability, and how loyal long-term customers are treated.

pure shock at the lack of basic professional standards here. I went in a blonde with one very clear, specific rule: stay blonde, do not go brown. I even made sure they understood it. I walked out with dark brown, muddy, chemically fried hair.

​It’s the lack of care that gives you the ick. To sit in a chair and be so clear about your identity, only for a "professional" to do the exact thing you told them would ruin your self-esteem, is honestly creepy. It felt like they weren't even listening to the person in the chair.

​The worst part is the damage. My hair doesn't feel like hair anymore; it feels like straw. When I tried to get them to take responsibility for ignoring the brief and trashing my hair, they just didn't want to know. It’s a total lack of integrity.

​If you care about your hair’s health or actually getting the colour you pay for, stay well away. They’ve managed to make me feel completely washed out and pale, and they don't seem to care one bit that they've caused this. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

The hairdresser completely dried my hair off with the dryer and her hands first then wasted another 20 minutes sectioning off and my now dry and limp hair in an attempt to ‘style’ it with a round brush. She showed a complete lack of any technique in styling or blowdrying hair so much so I reminded me of when my toddler daughter used to play ‘hairdressers’ with me. The result was an absolutely hideously lank and completely unstyled effort. Utter waste of time and money. Obviously ran home and did the whole thing again myself. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Previously, when I had nanoplasty treatments done elsewhere, the results lasted around seven months. However, this time the treatment lasted just over three weeks, which is completely unacceptable given the cost and the expectations set during consultation.

I was also advised to purchase specific BKT products to maintain the treatment, but despite following the recommended aftercare, the results did not last. This makes me question both the quality of the products suggested and the service provided.

Overall, I feel extremely dissatisfied and misled. The service did not deliver the promised outcome, and I do not believe I received value for the amount paid. I hope the salon reviews this seriously and takes responsibility for the poor results.
