From the moment we opened the box, I was impressed. The design is absolutely gorgeous - modern, soft, and stylish enough to fit seamlessly into any room without looking bulky or out of place. It feels like a piece that was thoughtfully made not just for baby, but for the home as well.

I really love it, i vary the lights but seem to have it religiously on volume 2. And the oils are all so beautiful and comforting albeit a luxury to have to repurchase. It would be one of the main baby items id recommend, sleep isnt guaranteed and it is so varied with babies, but using the machine, I found gave them the best chance to build a sleep routine, its been an essential item for me and continues to work so well.

before buying we went with it mostly due to being the lightest on the market and compact (I also compared in-store with others and it’s astounding how heavy they are).

Doesn’t hurt that it also looks amazing, plus the bassinet in the top for little Bub and the side access. On so many fronts it’s winning. We recently travelled from Sydney to the Gold Coast, some locations we only stayed 1 night, so fast to assemble up and down. It’s lighter than my 11mth old baby. sheet that is baby bjorn, which wasnt waterproof, or no option to get a fitted mattress cover, the sheet was expensive and extremely low quality, its so thin, see through and when washed all the stitching came un done, the mattress is a special size that most cot sheets in stores do not fit are either too small or too large and unsafe, if you want us to buy specific sheets and charge a fortune maybe make something that is actually quality not see through, thin and cheap and falls apart after 1 wash!

cool feature is the program, as the lamp goes dim and quite on its own at 10pm, without me having to remember to turn it down and go in the room. I was also super handy in the early days with a newborn and have a dim light in the room for night feeds. We highly recommend it!

went into his mouth so we used the traditional swaddle more. But we did use it much more consistently after that especially when he started to be able to escape the swaddle at night. We had a friend who gave us 2 swaddles but bought us the smallest size and our baby was on the upper weight limit so we requested an exchange for both. 1 to the next size up and 1 to the larger one. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the exchanged item (due to the process of returning via friend and then getting from friend) and my baby was again at the upper weight limit of one of the exchanged item ! I emailed customer service to see if they would allow another exchange and they said yes and arranged an exchange to our address instead of our friend. I think this is really an example of great Aussie customer service.

night on our 3 month old and she can still get her hands right up to her face when the arms are zipped down by her side. The material is very stretchy. Unfortunately she slept terribly. The other thing I dislike about it is that for daytime naps you have to undress your baby down to a singlet to put the swaddle on and then redress when they wake up. Long sleeved onesies will not fit underneath. When you have a little one who has lots of naps during the day it becomes inconvenient. There is also a no returns policy for used and washed items. As I bought 2 swaddles and washed them before first use, I have wasted $120. It’s a great concept but I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend.

Video differs differs from the product delivered.l but struggled through it and got it setup. Mattress is permanently deformed as a c shape and a suffocation hazard to the child and product is very unstable. Have reached out to Phil and teds but customer service don’t offer any help, just imply it’s not their problem and not their baby. Would avoid this brand, don’t even have a contact number to call for issues. This bassinet literally snapped in 2 spots because it's got those little wooden plug things then one bolt in each side.

Most similar pouches are able to offer a guide.. I don’t understand how I’m expected to use a swaddle that doesn’t come with a TOG seating or guide to what is safe to dress your baby beneath. I ended up purchasing another similar swaddle that actually came with a guide and tog rating. We use the rocking and vibration settings all the time - sometimes together and sometimes just the vibration, depending on how unsettled she is. She also loves the built-in sounds, especially the white noise and lullabies.

The little built-in light in the control panel is also so great overnight. It gives off just enough light to check on her without having to turn on a bright light and wake her up. I also love that you can easily turn the light off while leaving the rocking, vibration or sounds going.

It’s honestly been a game changer for those newborn nights and we highly recommend it to all our friends and family!

getting upset. She hasn't been able to escape this one though! Its easy to use, just a bit fiddly tucking the arm flaps underneath bub. My baby tends to fight swaddles so sometimes she still gets upset when in this one, but it does what it says and keeps those arms tucked away.

Melbourne and immediately fell in love with their story. I swear by their Joey Swaddle Wrap. It's lightweight, effortless to put on and off (even if you're half asleep at 3 am in the morning). It also helps settle my little guy in his bassinet as he feels comfortable and snug in it. I also appreciated the fact that their muslin wraps are super soft and gentle on the skin. I had 3 but later discovered, after using them for everything, I needed more, so I bought another pack of 3. They feel so nice to touch and gentle when you use it against the sensitive skin of a newborn.
