put their name on. Only the power and volume buttons on the device are useful, the others are a pain, and you can’t change the light coloured brightness without the app. The app is third party dodgey rubbish and regularly needs to be re set up and linked to my partners account. Considering this is just a very cheap Chinese product, I wouldn’t be confident that the white or pink noise are the correct frequencies. Would recommended purchasing a more reputable brand.

Great customer service. The swaddle up was not that useful for us for the first few weeks as our baby had bad reflux and would vomit if his hands… Read more

went into his mouth so we used the traditional swaddle more. But we did use it much more consistently after that especially when he started to be able to escape the swaddle at night. We had a friend who gave us 2 swaddles but bought us the smallest size and our baby was on the upper weight limit so we requested an exchange for both. 1 to the next size up and 1 to the larger one. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get the exchanged item (due to the process of returning via friend and then getting from friend) and my baby was again at the upper weight limit of one of the exchanged item ! I emailed customer service to see if they would allow another exchange and they said yes and arranged an exchange to our address instead of our friend. I think this is really an example of great Aussie customer service.

Very easy to put up and down. I like the zip it has on the side and easy enough to slip your own sheet over the top of the mattress. It is also incredibly light weight. Show details

(Review moved to the correct product) I was gifted the TweetyCam and TweetyDreams kit from my mother. When I got the TweetyDreams it was dead flat… Read more

so I charged it up. A few days later it had gone completely flat with no usage. I tried again and the same thing happened.

When I contacted support they were very helpful and sent a replacement and ask I ship back the old in the box.

However… The new device had some charge when received but I could tell it was low as it would power off. I charged it up and left it for a few days. When I tested it worked and I thought this was resolved, but in my emails to support on sending back the old device I decided to test again and noticed the battery died in about 30 seconds. It wasn’t as bad as the first device but it had depleted the battery again just sitting in the baby room with zero use (baby is not yet born).

When I advised support the new device had issues. I asked if I could exchange for a 2nd camera. I got a rather painfully scripted response about battery degradation and wifi draining the power. The device is sold as having up to 10 hrs of use and 18hrs of “standby” light only (that’s not standby). A battery should not drain so quickly with absolutely zero use.

My request for exchange for a camera was declined even though I offered to pay extra up to the current price of the 2 camera kit. No idea why they’d decline another sale.

They however did offer me a refund for the price the light was at time of sale and sent me a label via email. I just had to pay the item box.

waking him up. After owning the Bugaboo Stardust travel cot, it has made the world of difference to our weekends away and we couldn’t be happier! I hope this review helps other parents who are hunting for a suitable travel cot like I was. I did purchase a Dunlop cot mattress from Clark Rubber for extra comfort and an additional layer between him and the ground for those cooler months. The added bonus about the side zip - my baby also thinks it is a wonderful play pen and cubby when needed too.

Did not live up to expectations – I was so excited to try this swaddle with the zip down arms. I hadn’t seen a bad review so figured it’d be great. We used one for the first time last… Read more

night on our 3 month old and she can still get her hands right up to her face when the arms are zipped down by her side. The material is very stretchy. Unfortunately she slept terribly. The other thing I dislike about it is that for daytime naps you have to undress your baby down to a singlet to put the swaddle on and then redress when they wake up. Long sleeved onesies will not fit underneath. When you have a little one who has lots of naps during the day it becomes inconvenient. There is also a no returns policy for used and washed items. As I bought 2 swaddles and washed them before first use, I have wasted $120. It’s a great concept but I’m sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend.

Poor quality product with no after sale support – Cot arrived and we went to set it up, comes in about 16 pieces and little to no instructions. Not to worry well will go online and watch the video.… Read more

Video differs differs from the product delivered.l but struggled through it and got it setup. Mattress is permanently deformed as a c shape and a suffocation hazard to the child and product is very unstable. Have reached out to Phil and teds but customer service don’t offer any help, just imply it’s not their problem and not their baby. Would avoid this brand, don’t even have a contact number to call for issues. Very disappointed that’s a product that’s about $50 in parts retails for $450 and has no after sale support and company won’t follow their own policy, email is just copy paste response

super quick (washed it before using it) and although thin feels strong. Surprisingly the side skirts don't feel like my finger is going to poke a hole in it while fitting it and it doesn't sound like my baby is sleeping on a sheet of rough plastic like other brands I have used.

Blown away by the extensive amount of information on the packaging and I decided to go with Airwrap as my daughter already has the cot bumper (which I can't live without)

thought anything would be a safety risk I thought it would of been the fact that the insert is only held on with velcro

customer service asking for their recommendation. Their response was ‘you know your baby better than we do, so you decide’ WHAT! I know my baby, but I don’t know your product. Most similar pouches are able to offer a guide.. I don’t understand how I’m expected to use a swaddle that doesn’t come with a TOG seating or guide to what is safe to dress your baby beneath. I ended up purchasing another similar swaddle that actually came with a guide and tog rating. Seems like this company is more concerned about covering their butts in the instance something was to go wrong, rather than offer parents any sort of advice.

despite the spews and leaks and more washing than you ever thought possible before you had babies. Hands down the best bags we've bought!

Exceptional customer service, superior quality product. Worth every cent! – I'm a new mum and had no idea what or how to dress my newborn during the day or at night. I discovered this brand at a "Sleep Workshop" I attended in… Read more

Melbourne and immediately fell in love with their story. I swear by their Joey Swaddle Wrap. It's lightweight, effortless to put on and off (even if you're half asleep at 3 am in the morning). It also helps settle my little guy in his bassinet as he feels comfortable and snug in it. I also appreciated the fact that their muslin wraps are super soft and gentle on the skin. I had 3 but later discovered, after using them for everything, I needed more, so I bought another pack of 3. They feel so nice to touch and gentle when you use it against the sensitive skin of a newborn. I totally recommend this brand and will be featuring them in my "Top Things a New Mum Needs" post I will share on my Lifestyle blog.

first 4 months then had to change to the bottom level as my baby is large in size. Not only is this travel cot beautiful but it is also practical. The width of this cot is slightly smaller than the standard portacot widths, but it is this tiny fraction that allowed me to move it around the house through doorways without collapsing it.

The mattress is thick and soft enough for my baby to sleep on it. I now use this as a playpen for my baby. Sturdy, beautiful, practical Expensive
