same store. Employee from the store fitted the pedals. Pedal fell off and the pedal had stripped the thread. 99 bikes apparently replaced the crank arm and completed the first free service. since it was replaced have been back 4 times because pedals and pedal arms were slipping immediately after the service was completed. Was told it was fixed. Literally rode the bike out of the shop and went back in 5 minutes because it wasn’t fixed. Bike mechanic was told it was still happening and his response was “I don’t f*%king know what’s wrong with it.” Finally fixed the slipping issue after we had left the bike at the store but it caused the gears to make noise and the pedal arms were to creak. Took it back again and was told that my 12yo son was “riding it faster than it should go, and wasn’t greasing the chain often enough.” Also told “chain was loose and it’s not a road bike”. I would have thought the chain would have been check at least when it was brought back numerous times. Then told we had to buy degreaser and chain lube for the bike (upselling). 2 month old bike sounding like a used bike and being told it’s the 12yo old fault. Have bought bikes from Kmart that have lasted longer than this one. Lip service and no accountability followed by offensive language and being told it’s user error. Not a chance I’d tell anyone to go there or ever go back. I’d rather pay to go to another bike store to get it sorted than deal with 99 bikes. They did fix the bike for free over and over but the whole experience was very disappointing

bracket the timing was absolutely terrible I think it took three months to get here I tried to talk to someone and they kept giving me zero and all they’d say is I’ll talk to the warehouse. Someone said to me I’ll get back to you by close of business and never did. Package arrived but with a damaged box, luckily nothing was damaged. I’ve bought from bikes online multiple times now and never have I received such poor treatment. I’m genuinely not happy. And still haven’t heard back.

The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while; with almost instant replies to my queries, great attention to detail, and articulate and accurate information. Upon unboxing the Torrey, I was really surprised at how meticulously the bike was packed in the carton, with lots of foam padding and nothing was missing nor was there a scratch on the bike. It took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to assemble the bike, which came with its own toolkit. It’s best to download the online version of the User Manual which is more current than the printed version of the User Manual which is found in the carton. I’ve now ridden the Torrey for 95 kms and it’s great fun and a dream to ride. It’s 4 inch fat tyres makes it very difficult to fall off the bike. It really grips the gravel roads and sand extremely well, giving you a feeling of security and great stability. I can’t imagine anyone falling off this bike under normal circumstances. I primarily ride the Torrey on gravel roads and on the beach/sand, on the shoreline targeting where the sand is at its firmest, at low tide. The Torrey handles like it’s on rails and is effortless to ride. It’s step-through frame and dual suspension was a key selling point for me, as it makes alighting/dismounting easy, and riding over potholes and ruts much more comfortable. I never get tired or raise a sweat riding this bike. The build quality of the Torrey is much better than I had expected. It oozes high quality components and uses heavy gauge metal which makes the bike very sturdy. Leitner has done a great job in sourcing quality components from different manufacturers and the Torrey’s build quality is akin to that of a German or Japanese made vehicle. Leitner obviously exercises excellent quality control over its suppliers. Everything on the Torrey works extremely well; from the headlight - which is as powerful as a car’s, to the 7 gears and the info system and peddle assist settings, and the battery lasts and lasts …. I rode for 28 kms along the beach sand shoreline and it only used about 20% of the battery’s power, despite the peddle assist (PAS) being at the maximum setting of 5 all of the way. The PAS can be set anywhere from 1 to 5, but I always leave it on 5 to get the maximum assist. The dual disc brakes work great and I find the tyres work best when inflated to 20 psi for comfort and grip, not 30 psi as the tyres’ wall recommends. I highly recommend the Torrey especially for riding on gravel roads and sand. This is an outstanding bike for that purpose.

28mm Schwalbe One Pro’s. Luckily the front wheel deflated on a flat section of road and not downhill at 60kmh 30 min earlier. I won’t be buying these ever again. Too risky. They took weeks to arrive as well. Quite unusual as Pushys serice is often very speedy.

The scooter is great. It has so much power it spins the wheels when you take off. The transport company Allied express are hopless they were two weeks late and could not tell me when it was.

it’s taking a long time to deliver my order, they told me that one of products I orders wasn’t in stock. I picked one of options they offered me and replied straight away but they didn’t get back to me until I contacted them asking what was going on. Another few days passed without communication and finally they replied after I told them that I would contact consumer’s affairs if they wouldn’t reply within two days. Absolutely shocking communication. I was very disappointed with their service

what you want when riding every day. The motor provides smooth, consistent assistance that makes getting up hills and accelerating from stops easy, especially during busy traffic. For commuting, the comfort really stands out. The riding position is relaxed, the saddle is comfortable, and the suspension does a good job of absorbing bumps and rough pavement. I arrive at my destination feeling much less tired compared to riding others bike. The battery life very impressive which I can get several journeys out of a single charge, which makes it very practical for everyday use. The clean sand color looks modern and understated, and the bike gets compliments without being flashy.

person to find a bike that felt suitable, as an older person I wanted a bike that I could comfortably put my feet on the ground. I mainly cycle rail trails and it is great, plenty of power for long hills, I would happily buy another in the future. On lazy days where I use the throttle a lot I am still getting about 50km range. My only negative is that I don't find the seat/saddle comfortable for long trips, and am looking for a different seat.

break it flipped over jamming the rotor and destroying it and the caliper and bracket . I reached out as I'd only owned it for a week asking If the could warranty the parts I needed to repair it and they called me a liar saying I must have had an accident to cause the damage. They asked no questions about anything and were straight up rude and did not want to help with the small amount of $110 for the parts to repair. They were happy to take the money when selling but will not honor warranty. Very rude and unprofessional conduct. I would recommend not using this company if you'd like any after sales service .
