the month. Item was supposedly in stock. A few days later got a email stating item will be sent once restocked!?!? False advertising. Waited two weeks with no response. Used website chat option to contact supplier. No response. Used email got a response that item will be dispatched the next day! Waited....item not dispatched. By now it was around 3 weeks since I placed my order and my son's birthday was fast approaching. Rang company only to be greeted with a 'Due to technical issues our phone system is not working at the moment... Blah blah blah.' Thats handy for them!!!,..saves them talking to all their disgruntled customers..me thinks!!? Contacted them by email only to get a response of 'We appreciate your frustrations but if you contact us by phone again and speak to our customer support the way you did we will be cancelling your order!' What a joke .... As I couldn't even get through to anyone due to the appropriately aponited phone system outage!!! By this point I was deeply disappointed and frustrated at the whole saga so contacted them stating that I couldn't and wouldn't use bad language or abuse their customer support even if I could get through! They then responded with a supposed recording of the whole conversation...(Hang on a minute here ... I couldn't..even get through!!!) Where it clearly showed a few obscene worlds typed in above a supposed play icom showing a recording! So not only does this company not provide you with the product you have paid for it also tries to set you up with damn right lies and accusations! By now I had totally had enough and told them I wanted a full refund and if they didn't act within the next few days I would be reporting them to the trading standards. Funnily enough their next response was slightly different and the order had miraculously appeared!!! I eventually got my money back and my son got a very belated birthday gift from a more trustworthy supplier. The moral of this story is... if you want a fast efficient, friendly professional service, with no false accusations directed at you due to their incompetence, shop somewhere else and save yourself all the huge hassel of dealing with this two bit company!!!

spoke with Misc. Having explained my issue, he could not have done more. I recieved great advice and instructions followed up with emails detailing the advice accompanied with documentation. After carrying out the instructions, I ordered a spare part on Friday, recieved Monday a.m. and fitted by lunchtime. Issue fixed and bike all good. Brilliant 5 star service all round.

They refused the warranty three times and gave me a different excuse every time. First “time delay”. Then some story about the manufacturer only… Read more

covering batteries 2-3 weeks past warranty. Then “natural degradation”. Three excuses for one failure. They never tested it. No capacity test, no health check, no cell voltages. Nothing. They just said no.

In writing they told me the battery has 6-12 months left. So by their own admission a $2,500 battery lasts two years on a $5,500 scooter.

They’ve had my scooter for two months. I’ve sent three emails since 21 August. No reply. Owen rang me three times to tell me I’d lose at a tribunal, but wouldn’t put one word of it in writing.

tracking number provided hadn’t updated in 10 days. G65 controller was genuine Ninebot, serial number is supplied blank so had a 35 error on install. Resolved finally by using scooter hacking utility to enter the serial number over Bluetooth.

troubleshooting assistance at the time. The issue later reoccurred and never went away .

Cap Rouge advised they could not assist further due to the age of the battery, the fact it was not returned during the original warranty period, and because the pack had since been opened for inspection. They offered a $100 discount toward a replacement battery.

While I appreciate the responses provided, I was disappointed a more substantial repair or goodwill solution could not be reached given the original fault history and cost of the battery. Distance and lithium battery freight practicality were also factors in not pursuing the matter further.

They offered $50 for the paint chips and decals but that money was never sent to his bank. They sent some pedals but they look like they've been in someone's back shed for a decade - corroded! weeks later and still no sign of the other one. Apparently, according to customer service department the warehouse couldn't find it, then 2 weeks later they thought they had found it and told me I would be updated. Still nothing. No proactive updates and not one word of apology. Nothing short of useless. I'm actually enjoying the bike that was delivered. I just wish I had both of them and that someone in this company would actually do something. I am hoping that this review prompts some action - unless they just don't care.

Though the best feature has to be the milage and time you will spend on this scooter on a single charge.

Highly recommend this model for all ages and weights for a fun and safe ride.
