and the bike arrived in two days. Assembly was non challenging using the clear instructions and tools provided. There was a small technical glitch with one of the brake sensors that was immediately fixed with a phone call to their technical staff. The Porto does everything claimed in its promotional material and I am very happy with my purchase.

his friends house we're he is replacing what he broke on her scooter, he paid online $136 and for almost 2 months and endless emails they asked for his id and selfie of him and the friend, asking if they know eachother even though my son has send in the bank transaction if the purchas and the invoice and everything. Funny thing is no one will let me speak to a manager lol and no one in that shop answers their phones and are not willing to take a call or make a call, rather go back and forth through email. calling places gave me no joy whatsoever. Until I found this company. I was able to find the exact one we needed. Being overwhelmed I bought it without a problem until I realised I had forgotten to fill in my street name. Panic set in and I emailed the company immediately not expecting much. They answered swiftly and corrected my mistake. The only but serious thing was with the couriers. I had counted down the days for delivery until the last day and decided to call the company as my Norton security wouldn't allow me to download these couriers so I was unable to track it. After my email was prompt to say it had been delivered. My flatmate went to check it out and it had been left on my doorstep. Appalling warranty claim process and communication.

I've had warranty issues with a pair of Bont cycling shoes I purchased through Pushys (Riot G) because of a manufacturing defect. They were only helpful with the return process, but the follow-up was horrible.

For two weeks after I successfully returned the shoes, there were no communication even after I made several attempts at emailing them and raising a new ticket.

When they did get back to me, they did not provide any actionable suggestion and only said "the team could not identify any problems with the shoes, Sorry but we can't see the issue that you are describing."

I was jaw-dropped, I have provided all the measurement, photos, and description as detailed as possible. And so what am I supposed to do now that the shoes are with Pushys?

I have responded back to their email, but currently, I have as yet received any next steps for this warranty claim. I am expecting another 2 weeks wait, or even longer for them to respond back.

I am a customer of 4 years, and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a wonderful experience with Ferd from Reid Cycles. Would highly recommend!

The scooter is great. It has so much power it spins the wheels when you take off. The transport company Allied express are hopless they were two weeks late and could not tell me when it was.

advertised as approximately 95% assembled, which created the expectation that it would be close to ride-ready with only minor setup required. Instead, it arrived with multiple major components not attached, including the front wheel, seat, light, mudguards and other parts requiring assembly. For a brand new e-bike, this was not what I expected at all.

There were also missing parts, including critical hardware for the front wheel assembly. I had to spend my own time researching, contacting support, and trying to work out what was wrong because proper model-specific instructions were not included. Even the video later provided still did not clearly show the full installation process, as parts were already positioned in the demonstration and the tools shown were different from the tools supplied.

After attempting setup, I took the bike for a ride and experienced loud screeching brakes, unusual noises, and concerns with the throttle feeling loose or incorrectly fitted. This left me feeling unsafe and with no confidence in the product.

What should have been an exciting purchase turned into stress, frustration, wasted time, and a long complaint process. In the end, the bike had to be collected for a refund.

My biggest concern is inconsistency between how the product is advertised versus how it arrived. If a bike is promoted as nearly fully assembled, customers should receive it in that condition with all required parts present and clear instructions included.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the purchasing process I went through.

troubleshooting assistance at the time. The issue later reoccurred and never went away .

Cap Rouge advised they could not assist further due to the age of the battery, the fact it was not returned during the original warranty period, and because the pack had since been opened for inspection. They offered a $100 discount toward a replacement battery.

While I appreciate the responses provided, I was disappointed a more substantial repair or goodwill solution could not be reached given the original fault history and cost of the battery. Distance and lithium battery freight practicality were also factors in not pursuing the matter further.

decals damaged and no pedals! He paid for the premium freight company but it was sent with the cheapest. They offered to give him a refund of the difference but it was never given. They offered $50 for the paint chips and decals but that money was never sent to his bank. They sent some pedals but they look like they've been in someone's back shed for a decade - corroded! We emailed and sent photo's. We waited then we telephoned. They said people had been away sick. Then it was that they were awaiting response from the supplier.
