3rd time I had date and amount but not topic so they refused to pay they said its my fault for not keeping all the information or their client may have rejected it so its their clients fault they had advised.

I looked up other companies and I made sure that I was choosing the right one where I wasn't getting extra subscription fees. They don't even try to make it clear that in 14 days they're going to just take money out of your account without your permission. I had to call the company to talk to a person to cancel my subscription and the person I spoke to would not listen to a word I said. They kept trying to give me another deal to keep my subscription. I told them over and over again to stop asking me for a new subscription and to cancel my account. Finally after 30 minutes of arguing with the person, they finally canceled my subscription. This company is a scam. Definitely do not use them.
