charged $198. I queried this and sent them a screenshot of the advertised pricing on their website which states I would get to use 2 pieces of equipment, the massage suit and a bike, in the session. I was told the intro offer was only for use of one piece of equipment and because I used 2 pieces of equipment I pay double. This was never once explained to me or a choice offered during my 3 visits. I was only offered a choice of a lay down or an upright bike. I did argue this point and the very next day was sent a screen shot of the NEW website wording that they had obviously changed after my complaint!! They could clearly see the confusion and promptly acted, no offer of a refund or an apology, in fact denying the words had been changed just to insult me more. If this was a 50% deal then it's a very very expensive activity. In my final session I was not even hooked up to a heart rate monitor. If you plan to try it make sure prices are explained CLEARLY before you start. I have attached a screenshot of the website wording on 12/11/25 and then the new wording on 14/11/25 after my complaint about the price confusion.

This would better reflect modern family structures, promote equity and inclusion, and ensure the program supports families with genuine long-term caring responsibilities. I cannot fathom that a fully dependent family member just ages out at 25 years- exceptionally antiquated.

Love the staff, even if a lot have left over the years. The Members are wonderful but are slowly getting less and less. And services eg. Classes are slowly going and facilitates are looking outdated - the lick of paint didn't help.

Real pity the owner has lost touch with what other services are available of equal or better value elsewhere. Really only catering for the injured, self funded retirees that can afford to attend, or the die hard favourites. Those who need your services just can't afford it, over 60s plus - your so call target market.

Unfortunately, I have left and found cheaper options and better facilities - win win for me. Sad to leave the Staff and some members but most of the good ones are gone now too.

keeps everyone motivated. Always friendly and helpful. She also took me through each machine giving me a great program to follow. The young male trainers are excellent too. I am 68 and feel like I have a new lease in life. The value is incredible giving seniors 20% off a fortnight. I am so happy I joined this gym as I live a 20+minute drive away but was wrapped to see a gym that caters for all ages. Couldn’t find one close to home that catered for my age. Also love being able to rock up anytime night or day using my free fob.

I'm currently working full time with the medical documentation I have there telling me I'm not exempt so disgusted felt humiliated in front of customers. mind you been a member for 7 years at this gym. poor customer service also phoned the gym prior to visiting it was told its ok with my medical documentation I have.

I am a veteran of over 400 classes and I would recommend kx Pilates to anyone looking for the best all over body workout. The instructors are great, making every class worth showing up for.

Suddenly sent an email to uplift the suspension of the account and when requested to cancel still continued to charge saying it is a 30days notice. instructors are sick, last night was such night hence I decided to try the Bentley Genesis. I have fitness passport, regardless when I called up a month previous Bentley Genesis said I will be able to try one of the classes for free.

When I called up again last night, the man at the front desk said I must have a gold membership to be able to use all the Genesis gyms, fair enough I wasn't clear that I had fitness passport. Still he was not sure and had to double check. I asked him about the free trial and that I wanted to attend the yoga class at 7:30pm and I will come earlier at 7:00pm as he said he needed to register me for the fob. Lucky I checked the timetable, the class was actually at 6:30pm so I had to scramble to get there by 6:00pm.

When I arrived, he was chatting with 2 ladies and ignored me for several minutes. I was shocked after registration he charged me to $29, I thought I was getting a free trial. I realized after it was for the fob but I actually have not made up my mind yet if I was returning to use the gym at Bentley. After I was let in, I was wandering aimlessly, he didn't bother to show me around. Not a good introduction to Bentley, since I paid for the fob I guess I have to begrudgingly come to use their facilities as well now. Their only saving grace is their large gym with many available equipment. I really hope their instructors are good too to make up for my bad experience.

first timer I had no support very little was explained to me throughout the process very cut and dry paid good money for a service that provided very little in return more of a money grab then anything else is sexist puts more work into his male competitors on show day he was no where to be seen I had no idea where to go I was left standing around had to message him for help once again neglect and lack of support. I was feeling very unwell that day physically he had me so depleted that what little gas I had in the tank and muscle mass was gone I went on stage still feeling like this unfortunately I didn’t finish my routine he has since then taken no reasonability for his mistakes.

I have cut ties with these people since they made my first body building experience terrible.

I have since then found out that mr [Name Removed] isn’t even qualified to be giving out diet plans which would explain why I was unwell and still nursing myself back to health it’s also been alleged he has been entering clients that are not natural into federations that are. I feel [Name Removed] his wife is not natural and many more I’m sure.

Overall terrible coach for bodybuilding unprofessional cheat that doesn’t have you as his best interest no care factor and extremely sloppy

signing up and the sales person was not able to tell what that amount was in regards of and guaranteed I would not been charged anything than the weekly fee.

When I checked my email it said I had purchased the PT package, I immediately sent an email to cancel the package on the same day and I was once again guaranteed by the staff that it had been cancelled.

I was charged the amount a few weeks after and again I emailed the team which told me they would be waive 3 weeks of my gym fee. That never happened, I asked them again and they said they would prioritise with the billing company. I never heard back, no one ever called me, still normally charged and they pocketed the money. 4 MONTHS of conversation and they are not capable to refund me.

The woman was sitting their just said I’ll sorted out, with annoyed face. Asked what did you mean by that, she was just repeating herself until i asked if she would get me a refund. She said yes and still didn’t get my money back. Horrible customer service. After 14 business days I wrote emails they never get back to me ever.

Great facilities and location – Great facilities, equipments are well-serviced! Not crowded in the morning, great for a quick gym session and shower before going to work! Suggest to hire more staff for shower clean up.

Gym was okay, had a decent selection of equipment. Just wished there was more lighting in here as it can get quite dark in some areas.
