charged $198. I queried this and sent them a screenshot of the advertised pricing on their website which states I would get to use 2 pieces of equipment, the massage suit and a bike, in the session. I was told the intro offer was only for use of one piece of equipment and because I used 2 pieces of equipment I pay double. This was never once explained to me or a choice offered during my 3 visits. I was only offered a choice of a lay down or an upright bike. I did argue this point and the very next day was sent a screen shot of the NEW website wording that they had obviously changed after my complaint!! They could clearly see the confusion and promptly acted, no offer of a refund or an apology, in fact denying the words had been changed just to insult me more. If this was a 50% deal then it's a very very expensive activity. In my final session I was not even hooked up to a heart rate monitor. If you plan to try it make sure prices are explained CLEARLY before you start. I have attached a screenshot of the website wording on 12/11/25 and then the new wording on 14/11/25 after my complaint about the price confusion.

Love the staff, even if a lot have left over the years. The Members are wonderful but are slowly getting less and less. And services eg. Classes are slowly going and facilitates are looking outdated - the lick of paint didn't help.
Real pity the owner has lost touch with what other services are available of equal or better value elsewhere. Really only catering for the injured, self funded retirees that can afford to attend, or the die hard favourites. Those who need your services just can't afford it, over 60s plus - your so call target market.
Unfortunately, I have left and found cheaper options and better facilities - win win for me. Sad to leave the Staff and some members but most of the good ones are gone now too.
Think many others will follow - sorry Green Apple you are limiting your time.

charged $150.00 regarding multiple tailgating allegations, without receiving any prior email reminder or notice. When I raised this, I was met with confrontational and unprofessional messages from staff instead of a proper resolution. Dates informed were incorrect ( as I did NOT attend the gym for 2 weeks due to a death on of a family member followed by sickness ) and the multiple videos were never provided.
Misleading sales tactics: When I signed up, a manager told me the outdated equipment would be replaced with new machines. This never happened, months later the same worn-out equipment is still there. I feel this was used purely as a sales pitch to get me to commit to a membership.
Facility issues:
There is no proper stretching area, making it difficult to warm up or cool down safely. The fan system is defective, gym members often fell off chairs while trying to manually turn the fan on because the controls don't work properly. This is a real safety hazard that hasn't been addressed. Air Conditioners also do not work properly.
Customer service: Staff have been dismissive when issues are raised, and management does not respond or follow up on complaints. It feels like once you've signed the contract, they stop caring about your experience.
Overall, poor communication, broken promises, safety hazards, and unprofessional conduct. I'd think twice before joining.

focuses on the mental aspect of your lifestyle to help you to get healthier. It is curtailed in such a way that you can adjust it to everyday life. Not everyone can live in a gym and have the perfect food plan because we live in the real world. This is where KAOS steps in and lays the road map for success. However, it takes personal discipline and determination for anything to work. This is a relationship and like all relationships, both sides have to be willing to work for it. We don’t get out of shape over night , so don’t expect results over night. Work hard, disciplined and steady; the success will come. Joining KAOS Theory has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

this still needs to be said in this day and age but WOMEN DESERVE SAFE SPACES TO EXERCISE!
During the routine hamstring stretch one of the male owners took a video of myself and the class without permission (or knowledge) to (assuming) post on their social media platforms for PR. ♀️
Western Sydney women have the right to access health and wellness services that are culturally/socially sensitive and safe.
When I tried to approach the male owner after the class regarding the video, I was snubbed as the KX team was occupied trying to exchange R U OK day roses for PR content from their clients.
On my way out I noticed a Muslim woman wearing a hijab and felt compelled to warn her that the male owner takes videos of the clients without their permission and knowledge. She thanked me and said she’ll be vigilant. #womenlookingoutforwomen
This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful conduct from a female targeted fitness service located in one of Sydney’s most culturally diverse communities.

you are bound to find a few that suit you. I love the pool, although I only use the indoor pool as it is heated. I’ve recently started attending the Dance fit class on Mondays and it is a lot of fun. I’m not very good because I’m new to it, obese and old (72) and I have lung damage but I can approximate what the instructor does and that is fine. I find that the aerobic exercise helps my breathing. The staff are great although I’d like to see more middle aged staff/pt instructors. The cafe is excellent, offering a good choice of healthy meals and take away options at reasonable prices.

staff behaviour. Instead of acting like professionals or taking accountability, they tried to brush everything away with a rushed refund hoping the issue would vanish. told wearing hearing aids is unsuitable. No explanation given as to why wearing hearing aids is unsuitable. I was advised that I was being discriminated against by text message from the Membership Advisor rather than in person. At my first Pilates class I didn't wear my hearing aids and mentioned to the instructor that I normally wear them to hear better. The instructor then advised me to wear my hearing aids in order to hear her better next time. Then I received a text the next day saying I was locked out from attending further classes. When I asked at the front desk what was happening the two staff on duty referred me back to the Membership advisor who was unavailable until Monday, after the weekend. The front office staff also said if they try to contacting management on the weekend they are ignored until Monday. When I mentioned the text message advising I was being being blocked from attending further Pilates classes because of my hearing aids they acknowledged that thhey know about that but didn't want to say as it might be hurtful (or maybe they were embarrassed at having to deliver such a message). They also acknowledged that they knew how it felt to feel discriminated against based on their ethnicity. Mixed and confusing messages and discriminatory. After providing my customer feedback and expressing my frustration and hurt by being treated this way, the front office staff became defensive and asked me to leave the premises.. Ironic given the decor of the club is Buddha themed yet they are not true practitioners of compassion in reality. In my career I've learned customer feedback is gold to a firm, that companies pay millions to learn what customers are really experiencing. And to ignore real time customer feedback is folly.

THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH GOODLIFE – MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE “7-BUSINESS-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD" If you are considering joining Goodlife… Read more
because they offer a 7-business-day cooling-off period, I strongly recommend that you think carefully and understand the cancellation process before handing over your payment details. I signed up with Goodlife on 25 August 2026. Just two days later, on 27 August, I contacted them by phone and clearly told them that I wanted to cancel my membership within the cooling-off period. I was told that someone would contact me on the 29 of August at 10.00am to confirm the cancellation. They never called. What makes this concerning is that my partner had almost exactly the same experience. She also contacted Goodlife on 26 August, just one day after joining, to cancel her membership within the cooling-off period. She was promised an email confirming the cancellation, but that email never came. She then personally attended the Richlands club on 28 August to follow up and cancel her membership. Once again, she was unable to get the membership cancelled and was given explanations about the “accounts team” and all sort of other reasons which it did even makes sense for a simple cooling off period cancellation request. What concerns me even more is that Goodlife Richlands had already charged our account a few days ago, even though, at the time of writing this review, I am still well within the 7-business-day cooling-off period. I find this extremely disappointing and concerning. If you're thinking about joining Goodlife, please think twice and make sure you fully understand how the cancellation process works before providing your payment details. DON'T JUST TAKE THE “7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD” AT FACE VALUE — ASK QUESTIONS AND KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING. Goodlife needs to seriously reconsider the way it handles customers who try to cancel during the cooling-off period. From my experience, the process has been unnecessarily difficult, frustrating and, quite frankly, very questionable. I hope this review helps someone else avoid going through the same experience.
