purchased almost blown up in my caravan.All corespondents l made to Tools.com haven’t been unsaved.l contacted consumer protection for help and they got back to me after eight months.They respon was,,,”Sorry we can’t help you because Tools.com not answering our emails.” What a joke……they supposed to help consumer so l though.It’s seems CPP protect criminals not little guys like me……l am sorry that l am not criminal.Where from here???? warehouse. The substantial heads on the bolts meant that no matter what position you are in, installing the fixing, your driver wont slip. Also the shank seems to be more robust, so breaking the smaller fixings is not likely, where the aforementioned competitor, it was a regular occurance.

The item only contained two CR2032 button batteries, which made the explanation seem questionable to me. I emailed Timbecon directly and asked to cancel the order.

They never replied.

Instead, they dispatched the order anyway.

The delay was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of communication and the fact that my cancellation request was ignored. Based on this experience, I would not be ordering from Timbecon again.

We had a really difficult situation with some very old skylights. The Justrite team came up with a flexible solution and the workmanship was better than I expected to be honest. I was so grateful for their commitment to getting a good outcome for us.

my home in Nowra NSW]. Scott was great on the phone and Rachel explained how everything worked on the showroom floor. We were not sure whether to get the 7 HP model with the 208cc engine or the very powerful 15 hp model [over 100 kg] with double the engine size at 420cc. So Rachel explained the differences and as we are retired and live on a one acre block with heaps of trees that keep dropping twigs and branches and we have lots of gardens and hedges [it seems almost everywhere], we wanted a machine that could cope with some fairly heavy duty chipping and mulching. The 7 hp model at around 80 kg did not have a hitch tow bar that could connect to a ride-on mower and so we decided to get the big 15 hp model which is fantastic. We tow it around over the property and it is so easy to tow.

It also has a top loading oversized hopper which is awesome. I did not realise how important this was compared with other brands not from BBT as after doing several hours of mulching leaves and shrub cuttings and hedge clippings it dawned on me that many mulchers have a hopper attached at about 45 degrees to the vertical. This means it would be so awkward to pick up handfuls of leaves and shuffle them in at a 45 degree angled compared with just dumping them right at the top in the giant upright hopper where gravity simply takes over and there is no spillage.

It also has a little 12V battery which enables a key start every time and I did not realise how crucial this is for the many stops and starts without have to use the pull cable every time [which it has as a back-up].

So I am delighted I bought the 15 hp model. The engine note barely changes when doing all the mulching as it is so powerful. It just keeps on going and going and if you have a look at the attached video it does a beautiful job mulching everything so fine it is a joy to use as mulch on the garden. Previously we had to burn mountains of clippings and try to funnel some thru the weekly garbage.

But this great machine has solved all of our mulching problems admirably.

You will be very happy if you buy this machine. Top marks to BBT for such a robust and excellent machine.

I rang around and discovered that Trade glass depot was one of the cheapest for supplies and gave me all the advice I could possibly ask for. He rejigged my plan, gave me the measurements that were necessary and with very detailed instructions, I called a couple of friends that would be able to help me as some of the glass is quite heavy.
