pull the on switch and the pressure swith had a fault, I emailed Edisons about the fault they were great they were very quick to reply at no time did they mess me around, I'm a relief maintenance fitter I sent them a video what it was doing and told them the fault in the pressure switch, Edison sent me a replacement switch with in a few hours I put the new unit on and it fired up no problem at all, So I highly recommend them they don't sell garbage there gear they sell you can be assured they stand by there products, as for the 100lt Unimac silent air compressor they fantastic no problem keeping up with every thing you throw at 1 of the best ones I've had and doesn't annoy your neighbours

The Roof Sheeting is very narrow guage - Impossible not to bend - My Stratco Garage Roof now has a number of Foot Dings. Because the Sydney Tools website did not provide a complete and accurate description of the item, I could not make an informed purchasing decision and found the advertisement misleading. Furthermore, the website indicated that the item was available at the Castle Hill store. However, Alex, the salesperson at the Castle Hill store, advised that the item was not actually in stock and would need to be ordered from the supplier, with an estimated delivery time of approximately one week. Given these discrepancies, I requested that the order be cancelled. Alex assured me that the cancellation request had been submitted and would be processed within five working days. Relying on that assurance, I proceeded to use the funds for other purchases.

I was therefore surprised to later discover that the order had not been cancelled as promised. Had I been informed that the cancellation request had not been processed, I would not have committed those funds elsewhere. As a result, I have been inconvenienced and placed in a difficult financial position due to my reasonable reliance on the information and assurances provided. I requested to purchase the Kärcher K7 Smart Control pressure washer, paying the difference. The manager at Castle Hill refused my request. So my advice to any future buyers who are not sure whether what they are buying is right for them is to buy at Bunnings, where returns are accepted.

need to navigate to determine whether you actually qualify for free shipping or not. There’s a couple of rabbit holes. 1) is the stock in Melbourne or Perth. If stock in your order happens to be located in both places then no free shipping for you 2) if you happen to be located just outside a metro area (according to them) then you’ll also not get free shipping. There’s heading should read “Roll up Roll up, spin the wheel and see if you can guess if you get free shipping or not”. Compared with other suppliers this convoluted approach to free shipping is not fair and is beyond the control of the consumer. If you see something you like, I’d suggest using google to see if you can get it elsewhere actually with free shipping. Timbe-Con by name and nature.

The Online ordering system showed all goods were in stock at point of order and payment in full made but no order processing for picking had occurred until I finally decided to initiate an enquiry 5 days after my order payment as each day I had checked my system generated account and the order was classified as “PACK”. The reply I received for despatch on 10/9/26 after my enquiry early on 10/9/26 showed no real care or concern for the forgotten order and no apology was at all offered. No invoice was sent with the order, only a picking slip. Arrogance may be existing here in this business operation. Keep aware. I will not be returning as a customer as I view the experience as contemptuous and I need better despatch reliability and less frustration than this business has delivered to myself.

I rang around and discovered that Trade glass depot was one of the cheapest for supplies and gave me all the advice I could possibly ask for. He rejigged my plan, gave me the measurements that were necessary and with very detailed instructions, I called a couple of friends that would be able to help me as some of the glass is quite heavy. I followed the instructions to the letter and I was very surprised at how it turned out. I am very very pleased with the result and I cannot thank Phillip and the guys from trade glass of depot enough. If you take your time and don't rush it you can do a job as big as this I highly recommend this crowd they were great
