More importantly, I have to say I did reach out to the team regarding battery support and I cannot think of a time when I received better customer service. Not only did they get back to me superh quickly, but they also initiated several check ins post contact to make sure everything was working properly. I was honestly blown away by their communication and support and I’m super grateful. Polite, professional, responsive, helpful. I wish more companies were like this.

As such, we asked for a replacement, as we did not think this was acceptable seeing as we paid over 300 dollars for the mattress and cover. Unfortunately, the company did not think this warranted a full replacement and only a replacement of the mattress cover. However, when we opened up the mattress cover we noticed it was stained in blood!

They assured us it was red chalk but I have attached a photo for anyone wanting to see. We were so disappointed by their communication and how they did not believe us.

That said, they did decide on giving us a replacement cover, however, they sent us wheels instead.

Now, it has been over a month and Babyhood are holding our replacement package hostage until we send a random person their wheels, we are not even sending it BACK to the company. Personally I find this a terrible breach of privacy as I now have the name and address of a random customer of Babyhood because they were to lazy to send this themselves, (in saying this, I have sent this customer his wheel but still no package has arrived for me)

At this stage, I think I wont receive a replacement mattress cover, and even after asking for a refund, the company is refusing to comply.

Good luck to whomever decides to buy from this company, you may have your address and details given to random people, or you may not get given your parcel at all.

School labels rub off within one day!! So disappointing. Will never buy from this company again. They have cool designs but the quality is disgraceful especially with the cost paid. All her pens at school no longer has her name visible.

delivery date got closer I grew concerned as the order had not even reached their warehouse from the supplier. I enquired and and they replied saying they needed 2 days to investigate, the next reply was that it would be in their warehouse the following week, which was now too late for the birthday and also too late to get it anywhere else in time either. The following week, still no sign of it being shipped. I contacted them again and was again told that they needed 2 days to investigate, at which point I demanded the order be cancelled and the money be refunded or I would instigate a chargeback. I will never use this company again, I'm all for supporting small Australian businesses but not when they behave this way. DO NOT buy from this company, who knows when/if you'll ever get your order.

I'd expect from a Kmart product. I took them in for exchange/return and was told this is how denim wears and there is no fault in the product. I retuned the shorts on a Saturday and had to wait until Tuesday for a response as no manager was in. Now making a second trip to the store to collect my damaged shorts that they will not exchange. If this is how the denim wears there should be a warning tag or mention at time of purchase. I've never had this happen to denim before. Incredibly disappointed in the product and assistance from staff.

I placed an order on 30 April for two sleeping bags, using the gift card plus my own funds. They were advertised as in stock on their website. I waited, and then, finally, on 14 May, I received a shipment notification: only one could be shipped; the other had been discontinued. I requested a refund to my credit card because I didn't intend to shop at Baby Kingdom again. A customer service officer named Rose initially refunded the wrong product to the gift card, the one that had been shipped. I asked for the right product to be refunded to the credit card, not the gift card. She wrote on 18 May "Yes it should go back on your credit card”. I waited; still nothing. Today (1 June), I'm still waiting for a refund for goods that were never delivered. This is unacceptable. I will take further action. Don't order anything from this business.

Oh and wait, after claiming their products are made in South Korea, their velcro shoes arrived with a “made in china” sticker underneath! Even worse, the company won’t refund the cost of the shoes that are a different measurement to what’s advertised. This is against Australian consumer law as the product is defective.
