no communication regarding a billing cycle, let alone an expiry date. I had to pay an additional fee to access services which are included with my subscription. I’ve reached out to their customer support team several times and the only response I’ve received is a generic one, which is identical to what many people have shared on Reddit and online. They don’t have a contact number to call, making it impossible to get in touch with an actual person. I’m now left out of pocket and without access to the services promised. It’s an absolute joke.

email customer service to cancel my subscription- I have no active prescriptions and every year I am absolutely ghosted. No customer service whatsoever. Do not ever sign up for this service unless you want to be locked in for life. Closing my bank account might’ve easier than getting an email back from this company at the point.

refunded for, was rescheduled on THEIR end 3 times, even though the booking was over 3 weeks away. I went to change to 'next available' and was expecting a call at 3pm one day, and NEVER got the call, not even the next day. When I logged in to the app (which is also VERY clunky), it was still showing my wait time eta was 1hr 45m, which didn't suit me that day, so I rescheduled to a future date, and it got changed on me AGAIN!!! (Note both of the bookings were 3weeks or so in advance, so no idea why it kept getting changed so early). Wanting to try the 'next available' again, I was expecting a call by 6pm and as I'm someone who gets up at 4am for work, I was disgusted when I got a text at 7:43pm then a call at 7:44pm, waking me up. Due to it being a random mobile number I cancelled it then got text messages about missing the appointment. I will not be renewing my script with Youly again, as the value is no longer matching the cost.

lost. Very hard to get a human response from customer service for help, but those that have responded to me have been good. The doctors are hit and miss, I have had one that seemed to actually care, but mostly they seem disinterested while they try to run through the required questions in under 2mins and get more patients through the cattle gate. If you are okay with this experience, and paying A LOT, then this is a legitimate way to access medication online.

had massive problems. Getting an actual doctor was impossible! What a joke.

(Update, I signed up to another service called Hola Health. The tech worked immediately, no problem. The doctor then connected within 30 seconds. 3 minutes later, the referral was in my inbox. And InstantConsult's tech is still telling me I'm waiting still waiting for their doctor 4 hours later!! [Content Removed] You can't make this [Content Removed]. This is unconscionable. You're dealing with people's health, you could seriously injure or kill someone.)

Given almost every part of their process was broken, I'm very, very skeptical about all these positive reviews.

I sat and stared at this orange and white screen for two hours with broken ribs and a broken toe. I think I tried 9 times over more than two hours. The support people just hung up on me.

It never connected to a video call once.

And then they call me from a blocked number. Who on earth lets blocked numbers ring in this age of mass spam calls

After they hung up on me, they must have kicked me out of the app. So I can't even log on.

And now they won't answer my call.

I'm a proud Australian, but some Australian companies seem to have horribly broken tech.

rang today for the same reason and asked for my scripts again and they sent me scripts that weren't on my concession card. These were useless to me . I contacted them again and all I got was excuses that I hadn't mentioned my concession card to the doctor but I explained to her it was on my records because the last doctor told me so,and after this things went down hill . They were no help and my medication is one you can't miss but wasn't there problem. If there is any other organisation you can use . Use them thses people are incompetent.

In reality, I waited around 30 minutes before the consultation began.

During the call, the doctor appeared rushed and repeatedly interrupted and spoke over me while I was trying to explain the reason for my consultation. He then stated he could not hear me properly and that he would refresh the browser, after which he abruptly ended the video call and never reconnected.

I later received an email stating that my request had been cancelled due to incomplete medical history. My concern is not about whether the referral was approved, but the unprofessional conduct during the consultation and the complete lack of follow-up after the call was terminated.

cannot be charged to a debit card with low balance. Alternatively after establishing your account delete the card detail from your profile. Three weeks after being charged wrongly when my professional apparently used a wrong code to delete an appointment we made together ( a week in advance), I gave up trying to get a full refund after 6 emails and broken promises of "accounts team will look into it". The psychologist however was brilliant!

I asked for a refund but was told they are only possible if you get over charged.
