story entirely. Worse than useless. Anyway, on the practitioners. Like every service providing prescriptions, they start with the scripted questions. Then they seem to go their own way. Each having a different way of handling repeats from no problem to no, now what's the next question. Support sucked 2 hours out of my life today while I tried to explain that I was unable to see their QR code in their app which their SMS kept sending me to, and then, tired to have them send me a PDF of the QR code. Most of that time was spent waiting for replies while they answered other inquirers. Clearly they're understaffed for the service, the result of which there isn't any. Overall, it's a good idea as long as there's a simple need. Once it gets past a single contact for a single prescription, it falls well short of expectations. Sincere repeated apologies do not compensate for the stress and loss of time to complete what should have been a simple task...I want the QRs for my prescritions. Two hours to get that is not good. I'm giving them 3 / 5 because three practitioners were good enough and 2 support need retraining.

rude and dismissive; she told me the dosage of my medication for my condition was extremely high. I told her it was actually at the low end and she simply told me "that is wrong". I have since confirmed that it definitely is at the lowest end.

She provided the repeat anyway (after a 1m 43s consult) so I'm unsure why she bothered being so rude to begin with.

If you actually need a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner I would not use this service.

clinician would call “soon”. Nothing. I tried replying to ask when I could expect the call, but my message could not be delivered.

At 1:02 pm, I received the exact same “great news” waiting room message. More than five hours after booking, I still have no consultation, no explanation, and no meaningful update.

I’ve now spent another 20 minutes on hold with customer service, and no one has answered. Instead, the phone system took me off hold and forced me to leave a voice message. I want to cancel, but I cannot find a way to do so or reach anyone who can help. Even trying to move on to another provider has become an ordeal.

People use telehealth because they need medical help. Leaving them waiting for hours with repeated messages, no doctor and no accessible support is unacceptable.

If you cannot deliver a consultation within the advertised timeframe, be upfront about it and give people a straightforward way to cancel. An appalling experience.

Recieved referral from the GP, getting the correct paperwork they were after was painful, when I was finally able to book an appointment the clinician cancelled at late notice, I rebooked again and again the clinician cancelled at last minute. I book again for a 3rd time and I cannot access the link provided, I tried and tried and then tried calling the number provided to seek technical support so that i didnt miss out on the appointment as i had already waited so long, the phones just ring and hang up. I googled and found other numbers and tried them too but they did the same thing. I recieved a bill for $100 not attending!!! I email through a screenshot of my attempted calls and described the issues I had. My proof was disregarded. I kept calling and a few days later I finally got someone to answer, they advised they clinician had to confirm the issue and waive the fee, I requested an update via email and was advised id have a resolution that day or the next day. I recieved nothing. I kept trying to call and emailing. I finally get through on the phone after another whole week of trying, only to be told they're still waiting on the clenician to respond. Its been over 2 weeks since my appointment and my initial request to remove the invoice. This company has created so much extra stress. When talking to them they have no compassion and they refuse to take screenshots of call logs as evidence. Only the Clinician can revoke the invoice.. there is no menas for escallation beyond the clinician and theyre excuse for that is that the clinician is a subcontractor, BUT theyre the ones charging the client... just full of excuses. It is clear by the huge amount of negative reviews they have that this behaviour is common practice. I will be reporting them if they dont remove the fee.

I decided to pay for another medical certificate through updoc and received my certificate within the hour at a cheaper price.

I asked for a refund but was told they are only possible if you get over charged.

If you need your medical certificate promptly I would not bother using this company.

Absolute scam company. Cancels appointments 5 minutes before repeatedly. Purports to be a legit clinic run by doctors but website only includes one doctor. Plan on making report to health care complaints commission. No ethics at all
