first inspection who supplied us with good advice and a reasonable quotation to the Daiken 18KW premium as per our request. After accepting the quote the installation team came for a another site inspection to make sure every thing is in order. On the installation day everyone worked hard, professional, polite & clean. It took two days to take out the old system & replace it with the new one. I should mention the back office first class communications. with prediction of very hot summer. I was pleased they gave me an appointment a couple of days away. They came assessed the problem and next day turned up with the part (The fan had ceased). They checked the rest of the system found the gas was also low due to a valve leak. It is all fixed now. We could not be more pleased. I won't say anything about rate and fees as i don't have much idea to compare.

Excellent system and customer service – I've been using the Ventis system for years. It's very effective, especially in summer when it extracts the hot air from the ceiling which can reach up to at least 40 degrees. So it certainly makes a big difference to the inside temperature.
