my house. The installation went smooth. I made the horrible choice of choosing izone for zoning and control my Panasonic. I had many issues with izone trying to get the temperature right or get it to work properly, although izone helped over the year and half with troubleshooting and replacement of the controller i still had issues. Spoke to climate masters and (John) was very understanding. He agreed to replace the controller with Panasonic one and horray everything works. John and climate masters went above and beyond to make my experience positive which included a full refund of the izone equipment which is i am very grateful for. with prediction of very hot summer. I was pleased they gave me an appointment a couple of days away. They came assessed the problem and next day turned up with the part (The fan had ceased). They checked the rest of the system found the gas was also low due to a valve leak. It is all fixed now. We could not be more pleased. I won't say anything about rate and fees as i don't have much idea to compare.

Excellent system and customer service – I've been using the Ventis system for years. It's very effective, especially in summer when it extracts the hot air from the ceiling which can reach up to at least 40 degrees. So it certainly makes a big difference to the inside temperature.
