Even though the delivery day was over 4 days away. No warning about another delivery when I cancelled, no follow up.

favourites were: Creamy Chicken & Mushroom (8.5/10), Marry Me Chicken (9/10 - the best marry me chicken i've had from any brand), Thai Green Chicken Curry (8.5/10), Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh (8/10) & Chicken Pasta Alla Vodka (8/10). The meals were filling, the ingredients were high quality with nice pieces of chicken or steak used (not the gristly bits you will often get in some less good quality premade meals) and the texture was still lovely when re-heated. The used by dates on my order were great - long enough that I was able to eat the meals over a 2 week period easily. There were a few meals that were not to my taste and I found the company was very friendly and happy to give their "love it or swap it" guarantee so i can try some other meals on my next order. I also enquired about the loyalty points system and was told that the points are not redeemable or valuable to the customer. a month of missed deliveries, repeated delivery failures, conflicting explanations, and endless apologies with no real resolution. Every week I was told the issue had been identified and fixed, only for the next delivery to fail again.

I was freshly postpartum and specifically subscribed to this service to make life easier during a challenging period. Instead, I spent over a month chasing missing orders, contacting customer service, and trying to work out where my meals were.

None of the promised compensation ever materialised because the replacement and compensation deliveries failed to arrive as well.

Mistakes happen. One missed delivery is understandable. Four weeks of missed deliveries, repeated promises that aren't fulfilled, and food arriving 5 days late and unsafe to eat (no icepacks) is not.

I hope Workout Meals improves its relationship with its delivery partner and focuses on actually resolving issues rather than repeatedly apologising for them.

My first Marley Spoon delivery arrived today (29/06/26) and the vegetable quality is phenomenal. All ingredients are there, and the meat (specifically salmon) spoils in 9 days from delivery, as opposed to the salmon from HelloFresh which you'd be lucky to get 3 days out of. I know this is just the first delivery, and from experience with HelloFresh, it took about a month for the quality to start going downhill. So I will update this review in time! (No news is good news!)

The only thing I'd say HelloFresh wins in is the variety. HelloFresh has a much bigger menu. I also was a little disappointed that Marley Spoon charged extra per meal for a basic salmon dish (literally just salmon, potatoes, and some green veg), whereas HelloFresh includes salmon as part of their standard meals.

I lost weight when they had in person in town service, and could switch out foods, but not on mailorder plan. And, when I called to cancel, (I said "cancel my subscription, please"). they said it was too late for this order, and would I like to switch some foods. I said yes to that, and the person I talked to said she'd change the foods. I never changed to say don't cancel the subscription. So that order came with the changed food (still not to my liking). But I checked the account and it said cart was empty so I figured the person I talked to had done what I had asked, canceled my order. But No, then 2 weeks later another delivery. I called and they said I hadn't canceled. I was angry and again said cancel the subscription but I did hang up on the person I talked to who again wouldn't cancel the order that hadn't yet processed. But I did say "cancel the order." 'Guess what.. 2 weeks later another delivery appeared. I called again, but later I figured I would look online to see what the fine print said, and found a chat. I cancelled again on the chat, and no I didn't hang up this time. Hoping the cancellation is now complete. Terrible, it is a gimmick to get you not to leave. That is probably because they are going under. I also asked them to stop sending advertisements, but they are still doing it.

you are trying to track macros. The website seems to have major issues. They promised the macros would be emailed and have not received it yet.

I have ibs and was wary of the low fodmap meals but when I tried them they were great, absolutely no bad results from any of them. I am about to receive my second delivery and could not recommend them more.
