told me what I had ordered was actually out of stock. The company reached out and offered an upgrade to the next model, which was a positive outcome. I considered that even again. Upon receiving the kayak, it had 2 large dents and warps in it. I reached out to support 7 days ago and have had no response, I followed this with a second email and still have no response. I tried ringing a retail store which was underwhelming and just told me to email again.

I am now using a partially damaged kayak as I intend on using what I’ve paid for, but am still awaiting any sort of response back. This entire experience has left me confused and distrustful of their customer support. I used this company based on their positive reviews, but I am either very unlucky or these reviews are not accurate. Hopefully it’s an isolated incident. I was planning on buying a second one to match for my wife, but would not purchase here again.

air after a few uses. I initially asked for a trouble shooting guide to see if it could be fixed my end. Instead we went back and forth with confusing emails about the size of the mask. [Name Removed] informed me it was the wrong size even though it states on the website that if you child's measurements are over 10cm then buy the s/m adult version. I replied that I had both sizes but independent of that, the product I brought was not working and what were my options.

[Name Removed] then suggested that I see how I go..... I replied I have, its not working hence my emails. Was ghosted from this point. The product when working was fantastic, my son has severe cerebral palsy and its been a great new hobby for him with the full face mask and being able to breathe without biting onto the snorkel. I have brought another one since being ghosted, but if this one fails then it will be the last.

speed with which they took funds against my credit card, this has been a disaster from the start. The item has not arrived, no-one will take responsibility, and I keep getting the same message from the 'Customer Service Team' in the UK to the effect that there is a high volume of deliveries in my area though they cannot actually tell me who is doing the 'delivery': sometimes it is a courier company and sometimes it is the 'local postal service'. It is also apparently not possible to track the item now that it is 'allegedly' in Australia. The Decathlon 'support team' which is reached through a Sydney number provides no support except to send an email to the third party retailer in the UK. Round and round in circles and getting nowhere. For transparency, I have also posted this review on another well-known review site, such is my level of frustration.

Cloudflow 5. Superfast delivery from Queensland to Wollongong NSW even with a public holiday (Australia Day). I got the shoes today 4 days after purchase. Opened and put them on my feet and within minutes I was away. Great comfort for a brand new pair. Did 5 km and the shoes were trouble free. Love Wildfire sports and their quality service and product.

and stopped. I could smell some burning smell. Hence immediately turned off the power. Waited for about 48 hours and powered it on again. It would not start. I called the Endurance guys, they said I need to contact a treadmill repair. I did so and learned that the circuit board & motor had gone - burnt. After barely 3 years of moderate usage the treadmill's circuit board & motor had blowen. Cost to get the tech onsite twice and buy a new circuit board $975. The motor was in warranty so that was free. I got it repaired, but I will never again buy this brand again. Furthermore, the tech told me this is a known issue with this brand.

Raise machine from the World Fitness store in Cheltenham approximately 14 months ago. The machine was assembled strictly according to the provided instructions, a process that took close to a full day to complete, so I am confident the setup was done correctly. Within the first four months of use, the machine started developing significant noise, which progressively worsened. After continued use, it became clear that the issue was related to the rollers, and now—just 14 months after purchase—the ball bearings in the rollers have completely failed. I reported the issue to World Fitness, provided a video as requested, and followed up via phone. I was advised that my only options were either to transport the entire machine back to the store myself or to have a technician attend at my cost. I was also informed that the replacement rollers would be chargeable. Given the price paid and the expectation of durability for a commercial-style leg press, this outcome is extremely disappointing. A major mechanical failure such as worn-out ball bearings within such a short timeframe raises concerns about product quality and longevity. The lack of practical support or goodwill resolution from World Fitness further adds to the frustration. Overall, while the machine looks solid on purchase, my experience has been poor in terms of durability and after-sales support. I would strongly recommend prospective buyers carefully consider long-term reliability and warranty support before investing in this product.

They estimated I'd receive the product on the Friday. Got in early Friday morning. They had even thrown in a complimentary pair of socks. Australia Post carried out the delivery and also kept me accurately advised about delivery. Would definitely buy from Sims again if they stock a product I want.

few months after the warranty expired the control board failed. Best price to replace will be around $500 and I was advised I was lucky one could be sourced. Don't know if it is worth it as I don't have any confidence in a machine only lasting just over two years, especially considering it didn't get a heavy use. The lifetime / 10 year warranty may be good for the motor and frame, parts that you would expect to last at least 10 years, but the trap is that critical parts have a very limited warranty and no guarantee of availability.

full. No errors, no warnings, and no disclaimers about shipping being an estimate or quote-only. I got a proper order confirmation email. I assumed I was good to go.

The next morning at 9:30am, I got a call from the Brisbane store saying their website had “underquoted” the shipping and unless I paid another $400, they'd cancel and refund me. I was caught off guard and pressured to make a decision on the spot. I asked for this in writing. They agreed. No email ever came.

I followed up via email myself and gave them one full business day to respond. No reply. I followed up again, gave a clear deadline of 4pm today or I would escalate. That deadline has now passed. Still no reply. No tracking number. No stair climber. No communication.

This is a breach of contract. They accepted full payment, confirmed the order, then attempted to charge me more after the fact, and when I asked for that in writing, they disappeared. I’ve now escalated to PayPal, ACCC, and public reviews because I refuse to let this go quietly.

Don’t risk it. If they mess up your order or shipping, you’ll be the one paying for it or youll be ghost while they hold your money and your purchase.

26/9/25 EDITED TO ANNOUNCE - Dynamo ended up agreeing to fulfil my order at price paid. The machine turned up yesterday and appears to be good quality. We have resolved our dispute.

driver (according to the tracking note for delviery) the driver for my area Henly Brook, had left. So where am I...doing the searching coz Aramex dont know where the parcel is!

Been out for delivery for 2 weeks and Golfbox just wiping their hands of it... Got theor money..Great service guys and in additon, don't ring a shop if you buy online, they dont know anything...Hopeless!

saying the bike need a service, tyres and chain. I asked 'did you ride the bike, find the issue'. 2 mins later they called back with 'I couldn't find the issue'. it needs a service, chain and tyre. I okayed it for the work. I assumed, wrongly, that a service would include checking/repacking bearings. Charge was $260. Bike was exactly as it was, with a new tyre and chain. Will NEVER go back there
