up buying one from Makin Matresses. When I moved interstate I didn't have the heart to take that bed from my ex. Now that I decided to buy a decent bed again I didn't bother contacting anyone else, just contacted the closest Makin Mattresses store and they were very helpful, even arranging for a third party freight company to deliver it to the country area I now live in, albeit at my expense. I would recommend a bellissimo duo to anyone, if you would spend a couple of hundred dollars for a hotel room for a night then paying for a quality mattress that lasts a decade is an investment rather than a cost. I'm a tradesman who relies on my body to make an income, finished work at 1130 last night and started at 730 this morning, I probably would have been sore or grumpy if I didn't have a few hours of good sleep. Having the 5 year comfort guarantee is such a peace of mind.

I spent over 3k on mattresses and they left them in my garage in a space that gets wet and with no way of me (as a single woman) the ability to lift alone due to their weight! Very angry I have no idea how I am going to get them up my stairs alone:

which was sent as a replacement from I Love Linen and once again the quality is terrible- after using this sheet for not even a year there is already thinning and a hole has appeared. I am a pedantic washer, so I always follow washing instructions. For the cost of these sheets, the quality just isn't there. I have a set of Adairs sheets that I purchased at the same time as my first set of I Love Linen sheets and these sheets have maintained their colours and have no holes, but have been used double the time. It is evident that a lot of comments on this site are based on a recent purchase and not on the long term quality.

avoid Ecosa.
I have had a faulty product replaced three times now. Despite asking for a refund, Ecosa sent the product again (and again it was faulty). The inital mattress topper has feathers poking through the pillow top constantly along with blue leaching / staining to the underside and the second and third replacement mattress toppers also have had leaching blue staining to the underside.
Albeit, somewhat slow Ecosa have now provided a full refund and picked up the faulty products.

seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.
The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.
I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

a king and it was equally as good as the first one. And then.... My third one when life changed again. It was within warranty. It started sinking and making my body really sore. Onebed said that the sag in the mattress was within a reasonable range. They would not consider it to be a faulty item. They offered me a discount on another mattress but I don't trust this product anymore. Poor customer support. Poor quality products. I have been a really positive representative of this product. I would never recommend them again.

sleep. So I figured I"ll give it a go. On my first night I woke up feeling refreshed and not tired. I checked my cpap device to see how many apneas I had my previous night I had 5. My range is usually 4 to 6 . I looked at my score and it was 1 couldn't believe it. Since than it hasn't gone over 3. 1-5 is normal . Without my cpap it was 40 apneas an hour, I had stopped breathing approx 20 minutes an hour. Since using my Derila pillow I feel way better and so does my neck. I gave one to my wife and she loves it as much as I do. I' been telling my friends and family to give it a go. I bought a few extra covers to keep it nice and clean. Ive tried latex pillows, memory foam and feather pillows and this is by far the best pillow I have tried. I will be purchasing more in the future as I want to always have this experience of actually waking up refreshed. So give it a go you wont be dissapointed.

I purchased a premium SleepMaker mattress through David Jones. The warranty process was handled by Australian Comfort Group (the manufacturer behind SleepMaker). Unfortunately, the mattress developed a fault, and what followed was a lengthy and disappointing experience.
Over a period of approximately three months, I was required to go back and forth via email, with repeated follow-up on my part, to have my concerns properly addressed. The replacement options initially offered were clearly lower tier than my original mattress, yet were described as “equivalent” based on spring type and internal manufacturing cost. This information was not transparent and did not reflect the real-world quality or value of the product.
The only comparable option available to me, which was retailing for less than my original purchase, was treated as an “upgrade,” requiring additional payment despite the fault not being mine. The initial upgrade cost requested was close to $900.
During this time, I was sleeping on an unsuitable mattress and, at times, the couch due to discomfort, which significantly affected my sleep and daily functioning. This was particularly challenging as I was pregnant at the time.
Only after persistent escalation, with emails left going round and round in circles, was the upgrade fee reduced, and I ultimately paid a compromise amount of approximately $650 simply to bring the situation to an end.
The mattress itself may be acceptable initially, but the warranty process did not reflect what I would expect when purchasing a premium product. Customers should be aware that if an issue arises, resolution may involve additional cost, delays, and considerable effort.
I would encourage prospective buyers to consider not just the product, but how warranty claims are handled and the level of difficulty involved if something goes wrong with a mattress you rely on every day.

Plus on top of that I had to research where I can leave a review because it's not just on the website like with every other store. but not providing solution. They have offered me a $5 / $10 reward for a positive review with photos & videos!! Kind of hard to take a photo of something that I don't have! So far I am out of pocket $2k with nothing to show for it. I have lodged a Paypal complaint after 4 weeks, and now customer service have refused to do anything until I close the Paypal case. Reading these reviews, it looks like quite a lot of people are in a similar situation to me.

no response until I called them myself. Even then, customer service was dismissive and simply told me to fill out another form without showing any real interest in resolving the issue properly.
We’ve owned Koala products before and had good experiences, which makes this even more frustrating. A small refund for the missed delivery doesn’t make up for the lack of communication, poor service, and overall inconvenience. Unfortunately this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how this was handled.
