The retailer I bought it from came and looked and agreed it was faulty. The terms of the guarantee are so ridiculously difficult they are almost impossible. I ordered on 9 June, living roughly 5km from the Sydney CBD, expecting the fast delivery the website advertises. The mattress instead sat in the courier's (Hunter Express) Sydney depot for days with no committed delivery date. I was told my only option was to monitor an online tracker each morning for a three-hour window to see whether a driver might scan it out - not what I'd expect for a $1,700 purchase. After more than a week and a final missed window, I cancelled on 26 June and requested a refund.
To be fair where it's due: every Sleep Republic team member I dealt with by chat, email, and phone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The problem isn't the people - it's the logistics partner, which is dragging down what should be a good experience and is clearly hurting the brand's ratings.
For contrast: I placed an order on 26 June with with a competitor at 11:32am the same day I cancelled, and it was delivered by 8:30pm. That's the standard Sleep Republic's courier should be measured against.
I'd reconsider if the delivery side were fixed.

linen colour is different and looks horrible. The natural in the quilt is very different to the natural in the other three items. Their customer service personnel are telling me that I have to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. I provided photos and spent a small fortune to have the set match. NOT HAPPY! They won’t accept responsibility and don’t care about their customers. I was ready to purchase another 4 sets for the other bedrooms, however they have lost my future business. I feel completely ripped off with what I have received and expecting the customer to pay for return postage is extremely disappointing given that I provided clear evidence that it was their fault. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Reason for review: I always give the retailer the opportunity to correct a bad situation by abiding to my consumer rights, but when the retailer communicates with verbatim scripts instead of treating my situation with even a little degree of empathy and understanding, I see Red! Even a child would have noticed that the items were different in colour at the packing stage. Says a lot for their QUALITY CONTROL! "Fool me once, Shame on you. Fool me twice, Shame on me!" This retailer will never get that opportunity to fool me again. It's a Huge BUYER BEWARE from me with my experience.

seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.
The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.
I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

sleep. So I figured I"ll give it a go. On my first night I woke up feeling refreshed and not tired. I checked my cpap device to see how many apneas I had my previous night I had 5. My range is usually 4 to 6 . I looked at my score and it was 1 couldn't believe it. Since than it hasn't gone over 3. 1-5 is normal . Without my cpap it was 40 apneas an hour, I had stopped breathing approx 20 minutes an hour. Since using my Derila pillow I feel way better and so does my neck. I gave one to my wife and she loves it as much as I do. I' been telling my friends and family to give it a go. I bought a few extra covers to keep it nice and clean. Ive tried latex pillows, memory foam and feather pillows and this is by far the best pillow I have tried. I will be purchasing more in the future as I want to always have this experience of actually waking up refreshed. So give it a go you wont be dissapointed.

When I raised concerns about shipping and followed up regarding a partial refund, I was sent screenshots that did not address the issue I had raised. After I pointed this out and provided my own screenshot showing the price difference, I did not receive a response to that concern.
While the mattress itself is good, the delivery experience and lack of follow-through mean I would be unlikely to purchase from or recommend Onebed in future.

I was actually a little nervous about the natural wool smell before it arrived because I wasn't sure what to expect. But as soon as I opened it, I loved it. the product, I had it accepted and delivery label supposedly generated I have been waiting more than a week to finalise this process. and have emailed numerous times to follow up with the latest automated response received 5 days ago. The generated label never appeared so I took to phoning customer service which was a very unpleasant experience. The advisor was impatient, rude and unhelpful and then cut me off before he sent the label. He required the same authorisation that I have already provided all over again even though it has been approved and supposedly generated. Who knows whether I ever receive the label or a refund (just need to brace myself for another call). Might be time to take this to another level and contact Consumer Protection as my patience is running thin. Whatever you do, avoid buying from this company unless to you plan to keep their products as the call centre and online help is highly unsatisfactory.

home. At around 2:30pm the driver arrived, asked me to come downstairs, and then informed me that he had picked up the wrong item from the warehouse and did not have my mattress.
While frustrating, I understand that mistakes happen.
What I don’t understand is how badly Origin handled everything afterwards.
I contacted the courier company and was told they were waiting on Origin. I contacted Origin and was directed back to the courier company. I spent hours trying to get a straight answer about where my mattress was and when it would be delivered.
Origin does not provide a customer service phone number, so the only option was online chat and email. The chat agents repeatedly apologised and advised the matter had been escalated, but nobody could answer even the most basic questions.
After multiple chats, emails and requests for assistance, I still had no confirmed delivery date.
Eventually Origin responded to my complaint email, apologised and offered a 5% refund. However, they still could not provide a delivery date, could not confirm whether the mattress was actually available for delivery, and completely ignored my request for cancellation and a full refund.
I then replied and asked three simple questions:
• Is my mattress currently available? • What is the confirmed delivery date? • If delivery cannot be confirmed, will Origin cancel the order and provide a full refund?
As I write this review, those questions remain unanswered.
The most frustrating part of this experience is not the delivery mistake itself. It is the complete lack of communication, accountability and transparency afterwards. I took a full day off work for a confirmed delivery, lost a day’s income, spent hours chasing answers, and still don’t know whether I am receiving a mattress or getting my money back.
At this point it feels like Origin is happy to keep my money while being unable to tell me when I will receive the product I paid for, or whether they are willing to refund me.
If everything goes smoothly, I’m sure many customers have a positive experience. But if something goes wrong, based on my experience, be prepared to spend your time chasing answers with no clear resolution.
Origin, if you’re reading this, all I have ever wanted is a straight answer: when is my mattress being delivered, or when will my refund be processed?

with my original sofa delivery. Despite the delivery team arriving at my building, my sofa was never delivered. I had already arranged my schedule and stayed home waiting, only to be told the delivery had failed and that I would have to go through an entirely new replacement process.
Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.
When the replacement was finally arranged, I was repeatedly assured over the phone that an Airtasker had been booked for the entire day and would simply attend once my replacement sofa had arrived. Based on those repeated assurances, I organised my entire day around Koala’s arrangements.
However, on the day of delivery, everything changed.
I was suddenly informed that the Airtasker had other jobs booked and could only attend at a specific time. I was then told that if another Airtasker could not be arranged, the replacement process might have to be delayed yet another day.
After already wasting one full day because of Koala’s delivery issues, I was expected to potentially waste another full day because of Koala’s own scheduling problems.
This was completely different from what I had repeatedly been told by Koala.
When the Airtasker eventually arrived, another issue arose.
Koala had represented that all packaging and rubbish would be removed as part of the replacement process. However, the Airtasker clearly had not been given proper instructions. They contacted Koala directly asking whether all of the packaging, including the old boxes, should be removed.
Koala read the messages but never responded.
As a direct result of Koala’s failure to communicate with its own contractor, I was left with packaging and rubbish that I had specifically been told would be removed.
At that point, I found myself coordinating communication between Koala and Koala’s own contractor because Koala failed to communicate internally.
Throughout this entire experience, I repeatedly had to:
• follow up with customer service;
• explain the same situation over and over again to different representatives;
• provide screenshots and evidence multiple times;
• coordinate communication between Koala and the Airtasker;
• spend hours resolving issues that should never have become my responsibility.
The most disappointing part was not even the mistakes themselves.
Every company makes mistakes.
The real issue was the way Koala handled them.
Different members of the customer service team gave conflicting information throughout the process.
Promises made over the phone were later contradicted.
Responsibility was repeatedly shifted elsewhere instead of being acknowledged.
Rather than taking ownership of the situation, I was continually expected to invest more of my own time and energy resolving problems created by Koala’s own internal communication failures.
My time has value.
I should never have had to spend hours documenting evidence, chasing updates, coordinating between Koala and your own contractor, and resolving issues that arose solely because Koala failed to properly manage its own processes.
Although Koala eventually provided a $600 goodwill refund, it does not adequately reflect the overall customer experience, the repeated service failures, the misleading information I was given, the significant inconvenience, or the enormous amount of time I lost throughout this process.
What makes this even more disappointing is that Koala ultimately attempted to declare the matter “resolved” unilaterally, despite never properly addressing the core issues that led to this complaint.
I genuinely wanted this purchase to be a positive experience.
Instead, I spent far more time dealing with Koala’s customer service than I have actually spent enjoying the sofa itself.
That alone says everything about my experience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Koala.
