wanted at another place but went for a look anyway upon enterering sleepys we where greeted by reece a very profesional and polite gentleman we only wanted to look at the adjustable beds but after his insight and information about how it might be able to help with my back problems we ended up purchasing a complete setup. It was because of not only a fantasic setup that the bed is but the way in which the salesman reece conducted himself by not being pushy like 90% of them are and his knowledge of every aspect of the product and why and how the product works in conjuction with how you sleep. In short i suppose i cant recconmend sleepys enough they are extremly freindly professional and knoledgeable and also stock top end products at a resonable price so if your looking for a great price bed in a frendly environment do yoirself a favour and drop into sleepys

hesitate. It was SO worth it. And I can tell you that Phillip was the guy who was entirely responsible for that. For starters - after a phone enquiry, he encouraged me to come to the store. When I got there, I found all the top rated mattresses to try in one place (Yinahla, Sealy etc), unlike Harvey Norman who don’t stock Yinahla. Next, he wasn’t pushy and let us decide for ourselves what suited us. And lastly, the price was FAR better than any price I could get online, in fact, he beat the nearest price by over 30%. So trust me when I say- just get in the car and go.

What a lovely new bed, supported by friendly, efficient service that exceeded expectations. Happy!

After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent service and experience. The clerk was extremely helpful in store. They allow you to try the mattresses and don’t hound you whilst browsing. The click and collect experience is smooth and easy too.

seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.

The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.

I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

and fit mattress on my own. Everything fitted together perfectly. Fitting the first mattress into the cover was a bit difficult as it was very heavy but I managed. The other two fitted easily as was the zipping up of the three inside the cover. Quality looks excellent, better than expected even if the bedside table could have been a bit larger. Mattress is a dream to sleep on. I am extremely happy with my purchase PS. Order placed just before xmas but was happy to wait, and I was kept in the loop re progress and subsequent delivery.

sleepless nights! I’ve been trying for 2 months to have them collect the mattress and have it tested! The bedding business I bought the mattress from are trying to help but the manufacturers are sending auto generated replies and closing my customer care cases! I’m repeatedly told the mattress is ‘contouring’ and to ‘turn it over’every two weeks!! The mattress is NOT contouring, it has lost its structure ! ADo not buy Sleepmaker the warranty is useless and the customer service is a bot! I will be taking this to the appropriate consumer dept this week!!

was weary of the price vs quality. This has been my third purchase now and Brit who I spoke with has been great support with all my questions on the phone. The products are soft, breathable and don’t feel like those cheap plastic covers I have tried previously. What I like most is that everything fully protects the mattress from spills, dust mites and even bed bugs, but you still get a normal comfortable sleep. The zippers on the encasements are solid and the products feel like they’ll last. 5 stars for a business that still offers good old fashion service and value for money.

the Sydney Metro area. When I received the order confirmation, it estimated between 1-2 weeks. When I went to Origin's support chat, I was told they would look into it. Today I followed up on the chat, I was told to call their support office, when I called the number it was just the courier company not Origin. They said they were waiting on the consignment from Origin, with an estimate delivery date in 3 weeks. I currently don't have a bed to sleep on, I expected next day delivery not 3 weeks!

You are misleading and knowingly lying to customers on your website, it is false advertising. If you have supply problem be upfront, don't make claims you can't stand by, apart from anything else it's just good business practice, don't loose your customer's trust and loyalty.

Can someone please respond to resolve this issue.
