complaint and the solution that they have provided is for me to take the terrarium back to restore, but unfortunately there is none near me. I have been called them to speak about it and advise I can’t return the item but given that it came soiled the right thing for them to do is to replace it they expect me to put it outside to check for more bugs etc. Which I find totally unacceptable. I was so embarrassed that the plant was diseased I would never order from this outfit again given that they don’t stand behind their product and are not willing to do the right thing. I have since received an email proposing a refund of the terrarium cost or replacement of the terrarium . I have chosen refund for which has been processed.

The website says same day delivery ifvordered before 3pm. It is my sons birthday today, I ordered yesterday assuming, as he lives in a metro area delivery would be today. After payment and processing Im advised delivery would be Tuesday, a day after his birthday. When I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone, I was advised I didn't choose express shipping. On the website, there is nowhere you can choose shipping. A banner tells you next day delivery. The phone rep advised delivery for that area was very early this morning so has to carry over toll tomorrow. I concluded this would have to do rather than cancel, however I was then advised that shipping can take up to 3 days. I said so he may not get it tomorrow,ceither. No, she said. It could be Wednesday. Their 'Same Day Delivery' motto is rubbish and has to go. No fault in the product but honesty has to prevail with shipping and not make promises they can't keep. Will go elsewhere for the next birthday. I usually order from LVLY as they never disappoint.

the care, dignity and professionalism that such a service should provide. I specifically supplied the sender details and requested a card message, yet the flowers were delivered without any card, message or clear indication of who had sent them.
Are you actually a professional florist? How can a premium flower delivery be made without the sender’s message being included, particularly when the required details were provided? The presentation was also extremely disappointing and did not remotely reflect the premium service that was advertised and paid for.
This raises serious concerns about the quality of the service and whether it was supplied as represented under Australian Consumer Law. I would appreciate a clear explanation of how this delivery was considered an acceptable premium service.
Frankly, the flowers looked as though they could have been picked up from Woolworths or Coles rather than being a professionally prepared premium arrangement.
I am also genuinely puzzled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews given my experience. Are these reviews genuine and independently verified?

The parcel was not left at the door although we would be happy for that to happen. A card was left instead and because it was addressed wrongly, our gift recipient did not pick this up. The parcel was returned to the company and now the company is deducting $11 of my credit for this return. So I did not receive my parcel and I lost $11 instead. What a scam of a company Hamper Emporium is!
