The team that installed the magnetite windows in both bedrooms arrived at the arranged time and installed the product efficiently. The need to install new blind roller fittings was part of this process. They took pride in their workmanship. The Magnetite windows have reduced traffic noise significantly and sleep quality has improved beyond our expectations.

forceful, arrogant and a liar. He takes ‘allowances’ for extra trades saying he will refund that money if not used - he then refuses to do so. Once he has your money - which has to be paid in full before the job starts (isn’t that illegal?) he won’t respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. We ended up taking him to DBDRV to get our money back - he treated them as poorly as he treated us. If you need a wardrobe you will get a reasonable end result from this company but make sure you have no dealings with Peter!

They have made running my business virtually impossible with constant late payments and unpaid retentions dating back months . This is the greatest lesson I've learned after undertaking 3rd kitchen renovations.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

Dean and Daniel has done a super lift installation job and they were thorough in explaining the safety aspects and the usage instructions. Whole installation was done in under five hours.

NSW AND no matter how many times you set your preferred position for the louvres as soon as it rains and the rain sensor operates the system resets to a default opening position of 30 degrees). The absolute worst part of owning a vergola product is the so called "customer service". Well over a week and three phone calls to get a call back and then no capacity to do anything about my request to be able to set the louvres at my preferred position because "that's the way we've been doing things for decades". Seriously unless you are in NSW which is a separate company consider other alternatives before engaging with this organisation and consider carefully your tech needs before being hide bound by their blunt (as opposed to cutting) edge offering.

reviews end. Burn time is about 5-6 hours, certainly not the "up to 10 hours burn time" meaning the fire is out when we wake up in the morning and when we come home from work to a cold house. The removable handle is annoying and when we leave it in, it's too hot to touch. Glass is always black on both left & right hand sides, meaning cleaning the glass every time we relight the fire. Retailer even gave us some of his wood to use with still the same results. Would not recommend this heater, or maybe did we just get a lemon as the retailer highly recommended this wood heater over others that we were considering, adding that the customer service of our local retailer was a good experience.
