to Logan, Hayden and Archi, they were very helpful. The team prepared all the documentation and kept me informed of the progress. I definitely recommend them. The only rough experience was their installer who was a little short temperamental and didn't bring his full tools, said to come back on the same day but didn't return until after 3-days. But Logan and Hayden helped out, coordinated and made it smooth, so no drama. I will go back to SunSelect again in future for any purchase.

obtained 4 quotes but was convinced by the professional knowledge of Mason from Zip Solar. He was friendly and helpful with any questions I had for him. Fox Ess were not quite as established in Australia as some other brands in the past but they are now one of the biggest providers of solar/ Battery power in Australia and 70 other countries. I’m not surprised as I am so impressed with their equipment and technology, not to mention that they were a good bit cheaper than other companies and brands. It is very neat and quite small for such a powerful system. I haven’t used any electricity from my supplier as my solar and battery are completely covering all my power. Mason and his team have been great all the way through from signing up until installation which went smoothly. I have since recommended 3 new clients to Mason and Zip solar. My system is working beautifully and the Fox Ess app is so easy to use and the information is at your fingertips . technically qualified (they did not know that), and at no time did they try to mislead me or talk to me like a fool. Shipping was not fast, and at times communications were a bit slow, but I know what it's like to work in companies like this; it's not always a perfect world. Their prices were fantastic, and the advice was fantastic, so I thought a little tolerance was not too much to ask.

I read the negative reviews and was rather shocked. I am sure the people making them felt that they were justified; however, I did have some problems with a bit of the order missing, and the company could not resolve it any faster. They sent it via priority post, and it was resolved.

four months to actually get it working. The whole time they promised “compensation” and told us not to worry. Upon actually getting the system working, they applied a $100 credit and told us the case was closed. Then two weeks later they cancelled our payment plan for non payment, because they’d failed to pause the payment plan while they repaired the system. Then they sent it to collections.

Amongst all this, there were dozens of repetitive emails, asking for the same details over and over, because they never entered anything into the system properly. They have probably cost us a full working week on the phone and emailing them, trying to fix their stuff ups.

Utterly rotten and incompetent to the core. DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM ORIGIN.
