Best Home Renovators in Western Australia Perth

We just got our bathroom resealed, and I was so impressed! Impeccable work ethic, professional and high quality work! The technician Jolex and the… Read more

sales consultant Kylie went above and beyond. I've never engaged with a company before to reseal our bathroom, we noticed a water leak and lots of mould, and I was a bit uncertain how the whole process was going to be like. Everyone was on time, came when they said they would come, did most the work with minimal disruption and very considerate, clean and impressive.

noise and temperature very effectively. The sales and installation process was trouble-free and conducted in a very professional and efficient manner. My only gripe, and the only reason for three stars instead of five, was that I experienced a complete "fob-off" by the Production Manager when I tried to obtain after-sales service. He simply didn't want to know and other than trying to have me fix it myself, didn't seem to want to help at all. I would still recommend Australian Outdoor Living for roller shutters but I would warn potential buyers not to expect too much if they need help after installation.

Windows and sliding doors replaced most efficiently. Consultant Michael gave excellent advice and Shayne installed all windows and doors in one day. A really outstanding result...Can't believe the visual improvement to our unit.

We have used Kevin and the Flexi team 3 times now for various installs. Kevin is relaxed and a great communicator. The jobs have always been of high quality and exceptional service. Thanks again to Kevin and the Flexi team! Brett & Jen - Spearwood

Everything went really smooth with the installation. The noise reduction has been amazing and has significately improved our home confort.

special paint etc and the roof wouldn’t need attention for years.

After the job was done, the paint they applied was thinnly applied. Totally different to what I expected. Further our roof, which never leaked, developed a leak. Credit to the local contractor who came out and tarped the leak and eventually fixed it, however now I know a leak was made and am constantly on edge when we have rain.

The local contractor was obliging.

Since that time our roof started going back to a mouldy look. I personally feel they used a crap paint and was applied thinly.

Biggest problem with Roof Seal, is now they no longer have any contract in Cairns numerous calls to their office in Townsville and numerous promises that they would be attending, nothing left holding the bag so to speak

I do not recommend roof seal, I was l lulled into believing that they were a professional outfit and as their name suggests seals the roof. All they are a contractor painters that work under that banner and the company themselves don’t do anything to address concerns and no follow-up.

If you’re looking at getting your roof painted, I would suggest scour a local Painter. I would never use roof seal again and especially if you’re in Cairns there is no one here that works under that banner.

I’ve spoken to a local Painter that said my roof does need repainting although it was only done approximately three or four years ago

maintained good communications throughout on what I should expect from go to whoa. We signed up in March 2025 and were led to believe in the normal scheme of things we would have handover at the end of March 2026, however mainly due to a delay in the double-glazed windows and door arriving from overseas (due to a change in government policy making them mandatory and not just an option on new builds) we took possession some 6 weeks later in mid May 2026. Shoutout to Paul and Ben and Jason and all the other Classic seniors and office staff we dealt with. We're both thrilled with the end result and amazed at the reasonable prices compared to the first crowd we got a quote from. I can heartily recommend them to others. Craig and Ruth Bosel

renovators to shame. He cut the cornices and skirting boards to such precision, you would think the cornices and skirting boards were installed after the fact. The cabinets are strong and sturdy, w/o a doubt one of the best things in the house, besides my antic coffee table.

communication gap between the office and the technicians. I was promised a service window between 8 and 12 which didn’t happen. My impression is that the office over promises and doesn’t fully communicate with their people in the field. That’s why i didn’t give 5 stars, nothing to do with Jacob.

Let me start with the end product - yes, I’m pretty happy, however dealing with Peter (owner of company?) was a nightmare. He is rude, dismissive,… Read more

forceful, arrogant and a liar. He takes ‘allowances’ for extra trades saying he will refund that money if not used - he then refuses to do so. Once he has your money - which has to be paid in full before the job starts (isn’t that illegal?) he won’t respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. We ended up taking him to DBDRV to get our money back - he treated them as poorly as he treated us. If you need a wardrobe you will get a reasonable end result from this company but make sure you have no dealings with Peter!

Karl Sowter has been servicing our lift for some time now. He is a wonderful technician, takes a lot of care and pride in his work. He is a very pleasant and friendly person. I would recommend him highly.

Granite Transformations was abosrbed by Shore Renovations, so it's a whole new team these days and the team at Shore Renovations impressed me from the very start.

They were easy to deal with, design savy, they were there when they said they would be and addressed any issues or concerns immediately.

They even provided advice on ways to reduce the cost without compromising the result.

I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

NSW AND no matter how many times you set your preferred position for the louvres as soon as it rains and the rain sensor operates the system resets to a default opening position of 30 degrees). The absolute worst part of owning a vergola product is the so called "customer service". Well over a week and three phone calls to get a call back and then no capacity to do anything about my request to be able to set the louvres at my preferred position because "that's the way we've been doing things for decades". Seriously unless you are in NSW which is a separate company consider other alternatives before engaging with this organisation and consider carefully your tech needs before being hide bound by their blunt (as opposed to cutting) edge offering.

The team from permacoat roof restorations in Perth did an amazing job bringing my old tile roof back. Their attention to detail is second to none and the final finish is fabulous!

I'm back with more complaints! Absolutely useless, my house flooded guard lasted 2 years then disintegrated, screws came through my patio, bad installation and a very bad product! Do not go near these cowboys with a 40ft pole, bunch of bast....!

a skip bin which was not provided. I was charged for works that had not been undertaken (eg removal of the toilet, when the plumber had already done this). The job was not completed to satisfaction, with tiling remaining in the laundry that I require to pay the tiler to remove, with tile glue left on the floor I spent an hour scraping up myself. After complaint, the manager removed skip bin charge from the invoice, but that was it. I paid the reissued invoice as I do not leave others out of pocket, but I have cancelled this company for the pre-booked removal of my ensuite bathroom next month. I am very disappointed.

highest standard. A truly impressive professional transformation. The workmanship of the tradesmen was outstanding. Each member of the team demonstrated a high level of skill and professionalism, maintaining a friendly attitude throughout the renovation. They ensured our home was kept tidy and clean, carefully managing the workspace during every stage. A dedicated supervisor was present at each step, overseeing the process to guarantee everything met the highest standards. Special thanks to Keegan for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality. Thank you Matt and the whole Principal Renovation team. We're absolutely thrilled with our new ensuite and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these legends for anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Five stars!

running off battery operated timers and I had issues with very poor water pressure). Luke gave me many options and was very helpful, and willing, to work with me regarding price and using aspects of my existing retic system. He also did some landscaping work for me (eg laying new lawn and topdressing soil and fertiliser). Excellent work on both fronts. I always try to support local business and I have recommended Luke to many of my friends. Don't go anyway where. Just brilliant.

We have had a Resift for 14 years. While it has mostly been functional the after sales service has been appalling - the worst we have ever experienced. We would not recommend Resift.
